Huge thanks to Chris! We bought power steering fluid, and my sister and I are just girls. Chris was so helpful coming out and assisting us getting it into the car. There was an engine cover we would’ve looked at for an hour before figuring out we had to take it off to find the spot for the steering fluid. We appreciate you Chris.
I came in to test my battery. I ask the guy if they could change my battery if it’s not good and he cut me off and said no not this weather. I totally understand it’s cold out but don’t you want to make a sale? Then told me there’s no way to give me a jump if my car doesn’t start after test my battery. Completely unhelpful went to autozone instead

Just a heads up . I paid a mechanic 2 do coil packs and plugs on my truck and it burned up the plugs and misfireed worse the before . So we moved them around and had more problems. Turns out all 4 coil packs they sold me were bad ... had to pay for work twice ....

Went with my brother who needed fuel lines for an older silverado. Staff member that helped us knew exactly what parts we needed and found them all in stock. Gave some advice that changed my brothers plans and saved him a bunch of trouble. Im only assuming the prices were average as we didn't have time to shop around.
I only got one day to complete the repair, otherwise I would have to wait an entire week. But I was very lucky to be assisted by Sam, he helped me quickly and got me more than enough time for me to finish my work today. Thanks again Sam
They are always helpful. They charge your batteries, check and test your alternators, they help you with just about any need you may have and test your var for why its coding and tell you why when other places charge 100 bucks for diagnostic. Definitely keep coming here when they make it worth it every time and the staff is always friendly.
Came in at 9pm trying to get a new headlight, no customers in the store & still takes 15 min for someone to help me. One guy starts blasting music to clean the store ignoring me then sweeps my feet and doesn’t apologize. Whatever finally decided on taking the headlights and I ask the older guy who finally helped me to apply my brothers employee discount like ive done at other Oreillys no problem. He then questions me about my brother and proceeds to tell me he can’t apply the discount?? I definitely won’t be back here I just hope it wasn’t a race issue.
Absolutely rediculous and terrible employees. Had a brake job set up and was told they had both rotors and I just needed to bring one up to match it up, had the customer head up with the rotor, they still gave the customer the wrong size rotors and after driving a half hour it turns out they dont even have the rotor and now we have to go to beloit to get it. Never in my life have I ever felt with such worthless employees. My brake job that should have taken an hour is now 3 hours in. I have a commercial account and at this point im ready to stop purchasing anything through them.
My engine light came on so I went to O'Reilly and they put a OBD ll on it to diagnosis the problem. They gave me a printout of the fault and on the printout it explained my options. Thank you O'Reilly!
I'm stuck on the side of the highway 5 hours from home because my fuel pump went out. I call O'Reilly's and they have my fuel pump, but it's over 30 miles away.
I found someone nice enough to help me and drive to get it while I pulled the fuel pump. I call, order it and have it set out.
Over an hour goes by and they show up, fuel pump in hand but it's the wrong part #.
How hard is it to look at your paperwork? How hard is it to check your work? Part# A30313 is the right part not A30113. Now someone has to drive over 30 miles away, again!
Todd is my favorite person here. He has helped me a few times and, of course me knowing nothing about cars, he installed my air filter for me, and he tries to help me find the best deals! You guys did a great job hiring Todd!❤️
Always been the best auto place to go and my dad and close family and friends say the same. The employees are always attentive in making sure that you get exactly what you need, and they are always prompt and friendly!
Absolutely positively do not buy fuel injectors from o'reilly's. They are four hundred dollars cheaper online same exact part. This is the stuff that drives people away from local business.. We are all americans this is not right
We stood outside half an hour for the guy to come measure the battery. We had called ahead to see if they put it in, and they said it depends. he never looked at the car or measured the battery. He said they had one and handed my hubby some tools.
Now after 1.5 hours, not a hard job, but hubby just had back surgery so mobility and bending over was an issue. Once the battery was out it was another 15 min for them to find a battery.
Do yourself a favor. Go anywhere else where they actually have customer service we were already committed and here with a bad battery.
This place doesn't offer any great pricing or customer service.
Came in & got some bulbs for my headlights & then here comes Todd & changes them for me when asked! Thank you so much! Made sure they both worked before going inside, amazing experience! Give that man a raise! It’s cold out here!
This is the O'Reilly Auto Parts location that you want to go to if you need the parts today. This store also serves as the regional warehouse for a bunch of their stores so the likelihood of them having what you need in stock is exponentially greater than their other stores. Besides that, a good portion of their employees have been in the business long enough to actually give you the right part the first time. Expect to wait a few minutes, as this is a busy location, but it's usually worth the wait.
