The will lie to you. The told my elderly neighbor that they're not allowed to just change brake pads. They have to also do rotors if the pads have to be done. What a scam cost her $1000. Avoid this place!!!
Absolutely stellar store! Jeremiah really helped me and was very kind and transparent. They thoroughly checked through my vehicle, found the problem and stayed 45 minutes after closing to get me back on the road for a 5 hour drive back to my family. We have all of our cars serviced by Firestone and Jeremiah and his team did not disappoint!!!!

Z (manager) Anthony (mechanic) helped me out with a flat tire in no time the were very helpful and considerate of my timing with a walk in. they were friendly, helpful and did a great job explaining what I needed to know about my car's needs. Special shout out to "Z" who was excellent at his job and pleasant to interact with, reassuring me when I was worried about the safety of my car.
I want to give a huge shoutout to Jeremiah, our technician at Firestone. He truly went above and beyond. I brought in my kid’s car after he slid in the snow and hit a curb — the suspension was off and there was a noise coming from the wheels. They fixed the suspension, and I even got brand new tires to make sure everything was safe.
After we got home, we still heard a raspy sound, so we brought the car back the next morning. Jeremiah personally checked it out, immediately saw what was going on, fixed the issue, test drove the car himself, and even stayed late to make sure we were able to get it back the same day.
Thank you again, Jeremiah. Because of you and your excellent service, not only will I be returning to Firestone — I’ll be recommending this location to all my friends and family.
I’m very disappointed with the service at this shop. I dropped off my truck on Friday for a simple oil change and was told it would be ready on Saturday. When I came in on Saturday, it still wasn’t ready and I was asked to return on Sunday.
I showed up early on Sunday and was told again that it wasn’t ready. After waiting a couple more hours and returning, only then was I told they couldn’t do anything that day and it wouldn’t be ready until Monday.
What made the situation worse is that they had my phone number but never called to update me, even though the job kept getting delayed. Their phone line was also extremely difficult to reach, so I couldn’t get any updates that way either.
Overall, the lack of communication and repeated delays were very frustrating. I won’t be coming back.
They r the best got a set of tires few years back an blow one out 3 years later an Jordan replaced it for half the cost now that's customers service. Thank u ....

Walked in few minutes before 6pm to fix a flat tire. The guy tells me we can't help you because we close in an hour and we have one guy working in back and someone made an appointment that wasn't there yet. You guys ever heard of first come first serve. You close at 7pm why don't you have more than one person working.
Jordan & Dave came through for me in such a clutch! My kids are celebrating and I try to charge my phone with the car off and invertently drained my battery. Thank God Jordan & Dave were able to get me in and taken care of. They switched out my old battery in no time allowing me to take the hour drive home safely. I'm forever thankful for them both! Amazing customer service.

I am not happy about how my van was returned to me. I opened my rear cargo door and found my stuff all over the place. I’m not quite sure how changing oil, doing breaks and tires would cause this To happen! I took a picture that I would love to share but I no where to put in this review.

I have needed emergency service twice. Firestone took my vehicle in with no appointment. They were professional courteous and attentive from the time I called to the time my car was ready for pick up. I had prior experience in Az with them so I knew I would get quality service. I am a Ford owner and do not get this type of service at My Ford dealership of 30 years. I was not expecting same day service with no appointment. Firestone over delivered my car was ready in less than 24 hrs.
