They do a TERRIBLE JOB!! Far more expensive than blue beacon. Decided to give them a try but it will be the first and the LAST! Don’t waste your money, they literally charged $146 and did a worse job than ANY blue beacon on its worse day. At least at other places they charge less than $100!!! I DID speak to one of your employees. He said to come back in an Hour! you think I was going to miss my load appointment to come back and waste my time some more?? The fact that you respond in such an unprofessional and defensive manner shows how unprofessional you are. No wonder most of the time you are empty. I’ll make sure and spread the word with all the lady truckers I know!

Would give 1 star if I could. First time coming here. Paid extra $8 for sanitizer/deodorizer, only to have shipper reject trailer due to odor. Already cost me $300 to reschedule loading!

Very busy place, long wait 20+ trucks in line. Bought express wash - a bit cheaper but should get a better one instead. My truck looked nice at first after washing, but after it dry out there was a lot of salt remaining on it

I went there today for the first time and got the truck and trailer wash for $126 and they left soap scum all over my truck at trailer was not even touched. I would leave zero stars if I could. I am unpleased and the workers wouldn't even help me when I mention it to them. I was in the 2nd from the last bay, the one next to the trailer wash out. There was only one guy washing my truck and then another guy came out of the back with his eyes blood shot red and force him to stop washing my truck and then opened the door while he was still spraying my truck. Then told me to pull out. So I when around to where I paid and complained about the scum on my truck and trailer and he did nothing so I left because I had already waited 2 hours for the wash

I had a great experience at this truck wash and they did a very good job on my truck. I honestly believe that some of the bad reviews this place has received are from people who simply picked the wrong type of wash for what they needed. This truck wash offers different options, and understanding the difference really matters. They have an express wash, which is mainly a spray with water and soap. This option is clearly recommended for situations like removing salt and light dirt, not for a deep, detailed wash. Then they have the full wash, where the truck is properly washed through and cleaned more thoroughly. Once you choose the correct option, the results are exactly what you should expect. The staff was professional, efficient, and got the job done without wasting time. My truck came out clean and I was satisfied with the service I received. For what I selected, it did exactly what it was supposed to do. Overall, this is a solid truck wash that delivers when you choose the right service. I will definitely be coming back again and would recommend it to other drivers who understand the difference between an express wash and a full wash.

First time using one of these automatic deals.... It did a pretty good job, missed a couple areas that should have been seen before I pulled out the bay but wasn't. Fair price but save yourself the trouble if you have a cb take your antennas off yourself these young guys will mess your stuff up bc they dont understand the importance of those things.

Don’t know why people complain, but I got the best truck wash ever! If this service doesn’t clean your truck I don’t know what else will!

Alex from Bay 1 is the best guy to wash your truck. Very professional, attentive, hard working. He will re wash your truck if necessary without getting mad or giving attitude like the other workers there.

Wash was great, attendant was very friendly, truck is clean! The price was also quite good. Don’t pay attention to the rear wheels in the “clean” photos, our 2020 wheels are already rusting. Thanks Chevy.

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this semi-truck wash. The service was extremely unprofessional from the moment I arrived. The staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like customers were a burden instead of the reason the business exists. The quality of the wash was absolutely terrible. They rushed through the job, left dirt and grime all over the truck, and didn’t bother to check their work. When I pointed out the issues, they responded with attitude instead of fixing the problem. For the price they charge, this level of service is completely unacceptable. The facility felt disorganized, poorly managed, and definitely not worth the time or money. I left frustrated, disappointed, and still needing to clean my truck elsewhere. I would never recommend this place to any driver. Save your money and take your truck to a wash that actually cares about customers and quality.That was after re wash.!

Washed a Ram 3500. The only reason for 2 stars is the price $30 for a dual my which is not terrible. Everything else is terrible - the stench of the truck is like piss/sewage water. Water looked yellow on the truck. Completely dried it ourselves with microfiber towels. This place isn’t worth the stop.

They do a decent job. For the most part it's an automated wash but when a truck like our wreckers come in, the guys do a good job getting the areas the brushes won't/can't get to & they do tire shine...

The service is terrible. It seems like they let people they know jump the line. I waited for about three hours. The quality is terrible, and everything takes a really long time. They take your money right away and don't tell you to wait three hours. They ruin your day.

Absolutely the worst I should have read the reviews 50 minutes of one guy working in unison with the machine Spraying with a hose that barely has any pressure , and using a short handle scrubbing brush I can barely reach anything that was just for show. after he said he was done half the windshield still had bugs on it, I pointed it out and he got mad waving his hands around. Low life operation with lazy angry people disguised as a fancy modern building

Every time I stop in Illinois, I like to get my service at Lola’s truck wash for the great service I get all the time. But today I saw this client (middle eastern maybe) mistreating one of the employees and to me that was unacceptable, when I been there a few time and I get great service all the time, specially from Rony. He’s a great employee and very respectful all the time I been there, great worker. But the customer went out of line by disrespecting the employee. Overall a 5 start service. Thank you!

I paid $124 for Tractor Trailer wash with Brightener. The Gentleman at the front Desk was AWESOME !!!!! But their were 2 guys washing my Truck ! One of them Ronnie was very argumentative once he asked me if I wanted to check their work out I did, but when I started pointing out all the easily removable dirt he kept telling me that the machine is missing it ! I showed him that I was prepared to give them a $20 tip… but that changed my mind ! I won’t be revisiting this place !

Honestly go to QPW TRUCK WASH in Alsip Illinois Lolas truck wash place is a joke. They pressure wash with gun the WHOLE unit. Not a Ridiculous conveyor that misses spots on your unit. They provide you with aluminum brightner acid or citrus.

Don’t recommend it because expensive and bad service. They charge 84$ for Bobtail full service but nothing No undercarriage No Tire and rims No Wax Blue Beacon is much better

This was my second time using this truck wash. The first time was ok, the second time was a total disaster! After calling, I was allowed to come back through. These pictures were taken after the second wash. The windshield was streaked, the cab had dirty spots and it looked like there was some type of film on it. That may have been the wax that they used. There were still bugs on the backs of my mirrors. The frame was still dirty, tires dirty, deer guard was dirty. One mudflap was clean, the other dirty. To their credit, they are cheaper than Blue Beacon. I’d rather pay more and have a clean truck. I was very disappointed, and I won’t be back.

First & last time here. Truck/tanker wash. Truck looks the same. $95 just so it can look the same. It seemed like they only rinsed it. Blue beacon is by far better than this place to be honest. They don’t put any effort in making sure the truck/trailer look better. You would think a local truck wash shop would do phenomenal in washing your truck, but not this one obviously. More water than soap at this location. You live and learn I guess…

Went here for a tractor trailer wash (auto transporter) and wax on the tractor. Total was 125. Was not clean. Wanted another 45 to make it clean. Will never be back and don't recommend them at all And the gravel on my ramps is not rust. And the dirt left on my truck is not rust. Your reply is as worthless as the truck was was!!!

Basic wash is good. They do,what they want to do and if you tell them something is not being cleaned ,they argue and ask for more money or show you angry faces. I spent $122 and got their disrespect towards customer.
