They are loading tires by hand. What do you expect? 4 hours to load a 53ft dry van. They go by that appointment time! Have Pick up number and CDL ready when checking in.
This phone number doesn't work. The paperwork process could be done more efficiently there's no need for the driver to wait on paperwork we already spent hrs at the dock have the decency and make sure the paperwork is ready once We're loaded.
I had a tire load and it took them 5 1/2 hours to unload me. I asked early when I was checking in if I could drop my trailer so I could go to the Pilot shower and get breakfast and I was told that wasn’t allowed. The woman who checked me in was rude but at least they have a bathroom you can use.
A bit of a wait especially when you have a full load of tires, will be 4 to 6 hours, so don't be surprised, they do have bathrooms for you to used, and make sure you have food in the truck, you're welcome.
The attitude is not needed from some of the clearks We are driver's moving the freight keep them in thier jobs. They need too really keep that in mind less driver's less freight going out!!

My appointment was at 10 am I arrived at 9 as soon as I arrived,there were 3 ladies the one close to the window asked me pick up number in a rude way I gave her and she said sit down there and wait also in a rude way I sat about 30 minutes then she said go to the truck stop and come back at 10.
I was regret coming to this place I wanted to drive away but just it was only load was going home does why I just was patient.
I recommend you drive if get this comment believe me don't come to this facility.
You know, I’ve made several loads in and out of here. The staff in shipping/ receiving and the warehouse loaders are always nice and friendly and helpful when needed. (But, that holds true when they are treated with patience and respect, because they reciprocate that to you ) They do have to hand load /unload the tires, no pallet’s - but they are still pretty quick about it)
Checking is the glass door on right, just after you pull through the gate. Their is plenty of room to maneuver and back in)
We pu load of tiers from this shipper and it took 5 hours to load the driver. The shipper PURPOSELY wrote wrong time on the BOL and we didn't get detention pay from the broker. STAY AWAY!!!
four stars because they have a bathroom for the truckers. loading time here with approximately 3 hrs. even though I got to door right away. other than that excellent customer service
Takes about 2 1/2 +/- hours to get loaded. Loose tires with no pallets all by hand. Not bad. DO NOT COME EARLY. There 3 truck stops near by less then 2 miles. Thorntons, Pilot, Petro. Over all, good place to get loaded
Job sent me there for an empty trailer and this chic at the counter was rude and slick disrespectful. She was talking to another guy with the glass open and I was next in line and she closed the glass and went to sit down as if I was not there and started to fiddle and play with the seals on the desk she was at. I said how rude is that like I was not standing here in front of you.. She needs customer service training ? or could it be the color of my beautiful chocolate ?skin or that I am a beautiful female driver. Did my presence intimidate you hun. Wow ???. Some of us as respectable drivers don't need to tolerate such individual. Because if I was there to be loaded I would have refused this load due to her... Reviva please get a person at your counter who values working and representing your company. And I was there yesterday 2/21/22
Friendly staff. Got a door at appointment time and they started right away. Lot of space to back up. I don’t know why people complain about the loading time 3 hours is normal for floor loading hundreds of tires. Don’t book a tire load if your not ready to wait.
Loaded within 2 hrs of arrival; usually with appointment.
Restroom available.
Although driver assistance at receiver is mentioned in rc most of the times no need.

Showed up 30 min before my appointment. Got me loaded in about an hour or so. Lady at the front desk takes forever to acknowledge u because she’s probably watching food compilations because she’s so fat, but other than that. Nothing bad to say. Warehouse guys great too to check in and load and send u out.
Fast loading, but be aware if you park in Chicago area! They will follow and steal your truck and trailer, specially if you got semi truck tires! In my case 3 trucks stolen same night(different companies) you will get your truck back, but will be empty:) very fast unloading lmao
This my 2nd time for a load both times over 5 hours to load. They ship tires so it makes sense that it would a long time to hand load hundreds of tires . Don't take any loads from this location. You'll be sorry!
I have an appointment to unload 9:00am 10/23/20, came 7:00am. Lady at shipping office told me no one is here to unload you came back 8:30 am. Never hear that before. If the shipping and receiving office is open, why aren’t loading and unloading grew not here???????
You have to be very patient coming here. Checked in @ 13:45 with 15:00 appt but was told to come back 15 min before my appt time. It's 17:30 and they are just starting to load. Except that , okay place with nice people.
They loaded quick but the shipper office hold me more hours to have the pill of lading paper....they put a note in the window says"our print is low".. keep in mind u will stay at least 4 to 6hours .. worest ever.
I arrived at about 5:45 am. Gate was closed. Gate opened at about 6:45. Parked truck and waited outside the shipping / receiving office. At about 7:30 I got my bills signed. Then I did a drop and hook and hit the road.
Took forever to get loaded. Was there at my appointment time. They did not start loading my truck until 4 pm. Which is when detention started. Got out at 530. It took me less time to hand unload that trailer.
