Excellent and quick service. Had my work van break down on I-57, I was able to get it over to Mc Glone’s Automotive. Matt got me back on the road expeditiously. Will be only using him for all my car repairs from now on.

We were having problems with our 2017 Hyundai Elantra. After spending over $600 and 26 days at our dealership, Hyundai "service techs" still couldn't fix the problem! We were facing car shopping and new car payments--not what we wanted to do!!! We took it to Matt McGlone, a real mechanic, and he solved the problem! And at a reasonable price. Thanks to Matt we're on the road again.

I’m not sure how well they service cars. However, I called (politely) to see how soon they can get my car in to get serviced. The man informed me but I just needed my car serviced as soon as possible ( not Mc Glone issue, it’s mine) the employee that was on the other end of the phone literally hung the phone up on me!!! If that’s how they treat customers that’s willing to spend their money with them, I’m glad they couldn’t attend to my car and I will NOT ever consider them again

Great place Matt seems like a cool and honest guy. I had to go here because my usual mechanic said he couldn't get me in on the day I needed and Matt got me all taken care of in a day and for a really good price.

Absolutely amazing service!! My family has been taking our cars here for many years and will continue too due to his honest and reputable amazing work. Always a fast turn around time too! Very grateful to have such a reliable mechanic like this.

Excellent service, super fast, very reliable, and trustworthy. Got a quote about a repair from a Ford dealership stating I needed $2200 in repairs. My AC was blowing warm air and car died on me. I was questioning some of their repairs because it only has 60,000 miles on it so I took it to McGlones. He was up-front and honest with me. He said it was just a belt issue and had it fixed for under $100. Couldn't be more pleased.

I have been using McGlone's Automaotive since he was in Hazel Crest, IL. He is honest, and transparent with repairs, super fair with his prices, and turn around has always been quick. Because of the high demand you need to make an appointment.

This establishments business hours listed on Google are not the actual business hours. This leads to potential customers wasting the time out of their day and money to arrive to this location just to turn back and who knows? What if someone needed a quick fix emergency on the interstate and towed their vehicle here only to find out the place isn’t even open.

I took my Ford F-150 in for a differential oil leak and Matt did a excellent job repairing the leak. His price was extremely fair for the repair. I would very highly recommend McGlones for repairs.

What an amazing experience. You really can't say that about many car shops. I heard from about 10 people to go to this shop so I finally did and I was impressed! He got my car done the same day I brought it in! I had 3 things repaired and the prices was far less then I had originally expected to pay! I will use only Matt for my future car needs!

This was my first time going to this shop, they had my car towed from the highway and repaired it the same day, Including the tow , price and the great service. I was very pleased. I will go back and recommend to anyone to give McGlone auto a try if your looking for a good honest mechanic. He's still the best just had my son Nissan Rogue breaks done and my water pump replaced on my Ford, I aways walk out the door satisfied

He's the best mechanic I KNOW. Car done same day I dropped off. Alternator and belt I was told may not be till next day, surprise call, car was done..

This place is like a fairy tale come true. Look no more for the best auto repair shop in the Midwest. They say even you find something that works hang on to it forever. Absolutely a gem McClane fixes everything from A to Z ASE certified. This guy is old school mechanic when your car is fixed its fixed! There's no keep taking it back because something still not right. When Mac repairs your vehicle it's a rap until the next thing breaks. I've been going here at least 20 years and I'm still driving my 2003 vehicle throughout the country even Canada without a glitch and thats due to the fact McClane is a top notch mechanic. Finally found a trustworthy, well-regarded mechanic! My car wouldn’t start and I was worried it was going to be big bucks. Nope. Just a fuse. A less reputable mechanic could’ve just charged me for a new starter or worse, but Matt diagnosed it the same day, fixed it really quickly, and charged a price that was more than fair. I’ve been recommending this shop up and down to anyone who will listen.

Back yard mechanic extremely rude, short, doesn't listen with no manners. Replaced engine, but didn't do any of the necessary details that go with the engine replacement. Charged almost double what should have been the cost.

Matt does great work at a very very reasonable if not very low cost. My family's been going to McGlones for over 20 years. I cant believe how low he charges us for some of the work he does. Cheaper than anyone else. Never had a problem. Great guy.

I have never found a more honest mechanic in my life! I had an issue and the car dealership was charging me way to much so I passed and went to Matt! He fixed the problem for so much less than they were trying to charge for a very small issue. I am so impressed and I must say I will never go anywhere else! He even accidentally charged me the wrong price and called me back to get some of my money back, I was floored! I highly recommend this shop!

Could not get truck to mechanic until Friday after work. Truck need water pump and belts. They finished the work Monday afternoon. Price was reasonable, not too much more then I could do it for.

Matt will only ever repair/replace what is actually Broken. He doesn't up-sell or create Business by looking for parts to replace. Others would be Wise to follow in His footsteps, I guarantee this Man will always have work to do by virtue of ethics versus necessity...

We have been going to Matt for 12 years now and I know you will never find a more hard working honest machanic around he is the best go to him once and I don't believe you will ever go to anyone else.

My family and I have been going to Matt for over 20 yrs. I refuse to let anyone else work on my car. Matt us not going to stick you on prices he is a fair and honest mechanic. He put in a engine WITH a tow in my Honda for less than a brake job on a Mercedes at a dealership, now let that sink in.
