Advance Auto Parts is the best place to go for auto parts. Every time that we go there, the people are so helpful. They want to make sure that you are taken care of and pick out the right parts at a good price. They also install batteries and windshield wipers for free. We met Sal yesterday, and he helped us figure out what was wrong with our back windshield wiper, and installed our new one, and helped fix it so that it worked again.

Overpriced and a lot of that oil and cleaning agents for cars and accessories please go to Costco for the batteries there are much cheaper substantially cheaper and Menards for all cleaning supplies armor All and things like that you'd be surprised sometimes it's up to 40% discounted compared to advance Auto parts simply way over price and everything however vernice people
This evening, around 6:30pm, my original 3 year old car battery died. I got a jump and drove my car to Advance Auto Parts in Homer Glen, IL, where I have purchased items over the years. Although my special battery was out of stock, the gentleman at the counter couldn't have been more helpful! He did the research to pin-point the exact type of battery I needed. Now this may not have seemed complicated, and it probably wasn't, but he saved the day for me and I was able to obtain a battery this evening. I want this gentleman to know I so appreciated him putting the customer first. Incredible. Thank you very much!
called in for a 3/8 drive black 6-point socket set and they would not tell me if they had one until i gave them the vehicle's year make and model💀💀💀 like cmon now. its also an extremely small place and dont have that big of a selection of anything. im sorry but this is NOT how we advance 💀
Bought 3 -5 gallons of oil + 3 filters ,that should be deal $ 40 each they charged me$47-every time I bring coupon they said is expired even if I received it week earlier-stay away from those cheaters
In 2017 I purchased a battery from Advance Auto in Homer Glen, it died before the warranty expired so they replaced the battery that new battery only lasted 1 year and 3 months.
The lady at Homer Glen Advance auto said they only will replace the replacement if my original battery was still under warranty.
They offered for me to spend another 199.00 on another battery. No thanks I bought the same size battery and same cc at Costco for 95.00. After that experience I won’t be giving Advance Auto anymore of my business.
I rarely drive 45 min to buy auto parts, but I had no choice. This advance auto parts store was one of the best experiences I've had in a auto parts store. The staff is just genuine. They will assist you the best if their abilities and ensure you don't leave unsatisfied.
Very friendly place. The service is excellent and if you need help this is the place to ask for. Even though, I have much closer places to my house, I prefer to come here because I know they will make it right from the first time. Highly recommended.
I purchased windshield wipers a few months back and they were not working properly. I went back to the store and they were so helpful. They realized I was given the wrong ones. Not only did they give me the correct and better wipers, for no extra cost, but the young man went out in the rain and put them on my car - all with a smile and positive attitude! Thanks so much!
Professional and knowledgeable staff who goes the extra mile for their customers. My check engine light came on and I needed a code read. The gentleman behind the desk quickly obliged and then spent five minutes explaining to me what the causes of my engine trouble could be. He answered all of my questions earnestly. Great guy.
