I had them balance my tires and perform a wheel alignment on my Jeep back in May. A day later while driving to Michigan my lug nuts came loose and my wheel almost fell off. Avoid this place at all costs.
I’m so grateful for Firestone right now! It was less than an hour before closing time and my son‘s car wouldn’t start. I called, and Chris said they would still take us to check our battery and replace it if needed. He even checked first to make sure the battery was in stock. We pulled in 11 minutes before closing time and they didn’t mind that we had to stay until after closing time to get it replaced. We got great customer service! I felt like they really understood our need and responded positively. A big thanks to Chris and the team!
Recently, Firestone performed an oil change and also investigated an intermittent electric problem; both the oil change and the electrical problem were dealt with satisfactorily and efficiently. They reported that my battery (which was a suspect) actually tested quite well, and there was simply a loose terminal. I greatly appreciate that there was no attempt to upsell any additional work or products.
I have been a customer at this Firestone several times; there was only one instance where I had a (minor) complaint about the work, and they checked it out, accepted responsibility, apologized, and resolved it completely. Instead of being an experience that led me to question whether I should continue to take my care there, it ended up making me MORE confident that I could trust them: High quality work, reasonable work, and consistent integrity are all reasons I rate Firestone as highly as I do.

Very iffy on lube shops unless its my personal mechanic.
This time around i had no time and figured why not try firestone.
Went to firestone and i think the guys name was jesus or juan i think it was juan!
Anyways probably the best service i have every received! Very respectful and knowledgable!

Conner was outstanding today with all the cars lined up to get air. I was in Orland park and they couldn’t help me because there delivery truck unloading tires parked where customers get their cars fixed. They told me it would be a hour or two wait. So I had to drive to Homer Glen instead. He helped me with my air in my tires and I was stressed with babies in the car and helped me and sent me on my way. Give this young man a raise he was filling up several cars all morning! He had a great attitude and was friendly!
Do not go to the Firestone in Homer line or Orland Park and guess what I’ll tell you why. I found the professionalism to be profoundly ridiculously stupid. I’m starting to wonder if they mess with my brakes from the beginning I brought my jeep when I first got it And brought it in for just to see if everything was OK and up to par ever since I brought it here there seems to be a problem with that every single second and I cannot believe the lies. They lied to me about my battery. He lied to me about my brakes, and they lied to me about even doing a stupid cool and flush. I cannot now use the lower level of my heater when I was using it in the summer, probably with the AC and they did work on that before and then I did recently work with them in the fall and now I can’t even use my lower heater anymore in my car. This place sucks and they must not get paid enough and I’m gonna call you guys out. You guys suck and I hope no one ever comes here. You guys are unprofessional and stupid. Goodbye
The team was friendly. There was a right sway bar replaced on my vehicle. I'm satisfied with the price, honesty, and the work that was completed. The team had professional friendly customer service. I will continue to have work completed by the team. I'm a happy customer.

Appointment was at 10:00 and it was completed around 11:15. Original technician went to school halfway through the job.Another technician took over after he finished what he was working on.I am satisfied with the service I recieved.

Firestone Homer Glen was recommended to me by a friend and it definitely didn’t disappoint. From the time I brought in my 2012 Prius, Jesus was awesome! I dropped it off there after I told him I was in a bind and he said he would fit it in when he could, to give diagnosis. Received call later that day with diagnosis, and quote for repair. (special order part would take a week) cracked rear axle. Next week received call on part arriving and work to be completed no later than next day. Called next day, job done and it drives great!! Also want to add Eddie was in the mix of communication through this process. Great work!! Will definitely be back for other work and will recommend to others!!! Hard to find an honest shop anymore!! Wow! Came in for 2 tires and they sold me 4. Because of sales etc it was affordable. However it was more than sales. It was Eddie. He was so friendly and funny. He made tire shopping great again! Do yourself a favor and go visit them for all your tire needs.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Firestone! I had a last-minute trip come up and was stressed about making sure my car was ready. Eddie the manager went above and beyond to get me in right away for an oil change and a quick inspection. He was kind, professional, and so understanding of my situation.
What really stood out to me was the peace of mind I left with. Knowing that everything was checked over and taken care of made me feel safe and confident driving such a long distance, especially with my child in the car. That kind of reassurance means the world to me as a parent.
