Christian was absolute the most helpful person i have been to at O’Reilly he changed my battery on my truck and made sure i had nothing wrong with it. Excelllent customer service!
Fantastic location with people who know what they are doing! Excellent service by manager Noah who assisted me with bringing my very heavy parts out to my vehicle since I was not able to due to my recent back surgery. He was also very kind to offer to put my wiper blades on and install the headlight I needed with no hesitation! I will continue to come back to this amazing parts store for any automotive needs! If you ever need help with car parts, let me tell ya. Omar at o reily’s homer glen is the man you’d like to talk to. Me and my buddy went in looking for new wiper blades for his ford focus and he was able to change it super efficiently. While doing so he was able to maintain extremely friendly social qualities. I could not be more happy with Omar.

I wanted to share my experience Today when I visited O’Reilly Auto Parts in Homer Glen IL.
I needed to replace my rear brake light bulb and I needed a T 30 tool
In order to remove the rear tail light assembly
Adrian at O’Reilly went out of his way to find the T 30 that I needed in order to open my rear tail light assembly brake light for my 2014 Toyota Tundra

Went for a new battery and wanted a direct replacement. Battery received turned out to not be a direct replacement even after I insisted. The emoyee at the store insisted it was direct replacement. After going g back home and trying to install it was definitely not a direct replacement. Had to return it. Wasted a lot of my time. Advanced auto right around the corner sold me a DieHard direct replacement battery and all was good. Can't comment on whether or not it's employee's fault at O'Reilly or something in computer was wrong...not my problem, but will not return to O'Reilly Auto Parts. All it takes is one bad event like this for me not to go back. Nobody's going to give me back that loss of time
O'Reillys is a very well stocked auto store.
I went for some hi temp paint this time.
Store is has good lighting and is very clean.
The only bad thing is prices are to high.

Always helpful here....explain things that might be wrong with your vehicle in terms that everyone can understand. Run reason for a check engine light and explain what the problem might be..A go to store.
My car broke down there and was not something they could help me fix. The young men at the counter were super nice at the counter trying to help my situation out. It was on Sunday afternoon 10-11-20.
Oreily staff went above and beyond to help my wife. She broke her windshield wiper and stopped in the see how much one would cost. They warranted the wiper and installed it. She couldn't believe how nice everybody was! Thank you for making my wife's day!!
I had a problem with something I'd bought and they took it back even though the packaging was damaged. They fixed me up with a replacement and offered to install it.
For a store that just opened they have great customer service I would recommend this oreillys over any other one plus the store is brand new and the smells amazing
