I ordered parts for my fusion but got parts for a focus. When I went to get my refund they said the funds would be on my card instantly it was not. And I got the feeling they thought it was funny. I was low on fuel and didn't know if I would make it home when he calls me and says I forgot to give you your card back. I had to turn around and go back. I barely made it home. Thanks for nothing oreillys

Five stars for Lakin at O'Reilly's! I recently had a truly exceptional experience at my local store, all thanks to Lakin. I needed help replacing my headlights, which turned out to be a much more complicated job than I anticipated. To make matters worse, it was pouring rain! Lakin didn't hesitate for a moment. She braved the weather and patiently worked to get those stubborn headlights installed. Her knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond were truly impressive. Lakin, you're a lifesaver! Thank you for your dedication and for making a frustrating situation so much easier. I highly recommend seeking her out if you need assistance at O'Reilly's!

I bought a $300 battery put it in my car. The car would still not start so I assumed something else was wrong with car. I had to have car towed ($75)to repair shop who said battery was bad! Oreilly finally agreed to replace bad battery but still cost me another $140 at shop. I would not have paid extra $215 if original battery had been good and they will do nothing for me! Bad business practice in my opinion!

Bought 500$ in batteries and some stabilizer links for my wife's car. The parts were not finished I had to tap them myself for the grease zerks. I called in to let the kid know and his reply was right on! And hung up. He was younger guy wearing a flatbill hat and gold chain. Will not buy parts from orilleys again.

I have lost respect for this place. Instead of letting people park in the lot to be close to the Fiesta day parade, he told people they could not, making people move their vehicles. While I understand that the lot is for paying customers, the lot is big enough for parade seeking families to park around the perimeter, leaving plenty of room for anyone who might need something from O'Reilly's. All of the other businesses were kind enough to open their lots to the parade going patrons. This place needs to learn a bit about hospitality.

Went there today, to exchange a part that had a lifetime warranty, and the lady behind the counter would not approve the exchange and accused me of not bringing in the original part. So I drove 25 minutes to the Dixon O’Reillys where the nice gentleman behind the counter had the new part ordered within five minutes and said there would be no problem exchanging

I have yet to had a bad experience there, the customer service is always good and their staff seems very knowledgeable compared to other auto parts stores in the area.

Been here several times. They are the worst customer service. Most of the time when I wait that long I walk out, which I have done several times. One person left while I was there didn't want to wait for the slow people. The only reason I waited they were the only ones with my parts. Clinton store a whole different story, they are right on it there. Hate the rock falls location and the workers.

Went in to buy oil, brought it to the counter where the cashier just looked at me...and waited for something with no greeting or acknowledgement of my existence. The phone rang, he answered...5 minutes later, I left the oil on the counter and walked out.

Always too busy to help their customers they rather help a person over the phone before they help a person in the store I sat in his store for 30 minutes waiting for 8 $10 part and then when they finally helped everybody I was the next person in line and they went to someone else other than me went down the street to auto zone got the part half price and and only took 5 minutes to get me in-and-out of the store I guess I know what I'll be doing my shopping for here I only will go to his place as if there the last option that I ever have I still might not go there where's customer service I have ever received at any auto parts store they used to be good

This review has been edited from the original. I feel as if the issue will be dealt with properly. The DM called me an he was a very polite man to speak with. I do not recommend this store still because of the experience, but I will shop there a few more times to feel out the situation with this store and update this post.

These guys are GREAT !! I needed a new battery for my Mom's 2016 Ford Escape. The battery was a hard install due to it being tucked away in a corner of the engine compartment. They diagnosed that it was indeed the battery, sold me a replacement, and got it installed in a very reasonable amount of time. AWESOME job !!

This place is always clean and orderly. Clerks are attentive and knowledgeable. I've been here when somebody when someone walks in looking for a part that they have know clue what they are looking for and some how the clerk figured it out. A big thumbs up.

Low price guarantee does not exist here. If you tell the old man you found it cheaper he will just take a few dollars off what you found in the store he will not price match. There are never people on the counter he help customers. You can easily wait 20 minutes for anybody to see you there waiting, the. They say somebody will be with you shortly and they leave to hide behind batteries and you r stuck Waiting again.

Horrible customer service. I bought their windshield wipers and asked an employee for help installing them, which he refused, stating that it was raining pretty bad outside... Like yes I understand that which is why I could use help as I’ve never done this before. He didn’t even offer to explain how so I could do it myself. So rude. I definitely won’t be going back

The employees are incredibly slow. They will answer the phone in the middle of helping a customer in the store, ignoring the store-customer. They also stand in the back and hang out while customers line up at the register waiting to be helped. It took roughly 20 minutes to just buy an oil filter. Edit: Since I've posted my review above, an O'Reilly employee found me on Facebook and sent me a private message, defending everything. Apparently it's company policy to answer the phone by the second ring. I made the mistake of returning today for another oil filter. I still found it rude that the employees will ignore the customers they're helping to answer the phone. Even through the employee started to help me first, I couldn't get rung up until he was completely finished helping two customers over the phone and he even rung up a customer who walked up to the counter after me. Thankfully my wait was only 10 minutes today, even though I should've been in and out in under 2 minutes.
