I've never seen a person who has the knowledge to be able to work on every year, every model, every make, every manufacturer on the road. Especially now days???? Makes you wonder. Especially not being certified to work on anything! Pat should be pissed at the city they are the one's that let a certain person build a big four wheel repair shop next door with a 60ft driveway. Which forced more vehicles to park in front of my house. He has no reason to be mad at me. The city caused the problem. So there talk to the city!!! The street is not to be used for a business parking lot anyway.
Pat saved my day and trip! I was on my way from Florida to Iowa and my new alternator went out on me. He was able to get it fixed, filed under warranty and back on the road in 3 hours. Loved the small town friendliness and good character. Thank you for being there when I needed an honest repair!
My daughter locked herself out of her car with the car run and without a phone. Thanks to Nashville Community exspecially a HUGE thank you to Pat with Precision Auto with his quick response helping her back into her car so quickly.
It was about 6 years ago that we were traveling straight through from Miami to KC. The 4Runner died on the interstate. Insurance got us towed to this place. On a late afternoon just before a weekend. The owner located and brought in an alternator and finished up the job WAY past what should have been closing and got us back on the road. We are grateful for his good service. I just recently figured out that THIS was the place that took care of us so well. I figure a late review might be better than none. I wish the best for the owner.
Daughter broke down in Nashville on way to family in O'Fallon. Vehicle had to be repaired quickly so she could go back to school the following Monday. Precision was able to get repair done and at a very fair price. Vehicle runs great and should have no issues for trip home.
i havent actually had my car there but i did get stranded from a flat tire an employee that works here found me stranded and helped me out and told me he works here and forever am i greatful for this company for hiring such a good person so no matter what they will have my bussiness and cant wait to get in thier for my new set of tires !
They did a good job for a fair price. My only issue was communication and how long it took them to complete a one hour job. They ordered the wrong part at first so I had to wait until next day and then they still took till 4 to complete the job so that was a bit frustrating. They were very reasonably priced though and did fix the issue.
Well this is my younger brothers business but I don't think you will be unhappy with the service you receive he has several employee. And has many years of experience. He will come got your car if it won't make it in. He can get you unstuck. And even though it is a small crowded place he has a lot of the newest tech didnostic stuff. He still turns drums and rotors if they are in speck. He likes old cars and trucks. And he will do the hard stuff for a hourly rate.
Have had power steering pump fixed on Pontiac several times. It still is not fixed. Replaced to a new one and still not working. Replaced the new with another and it is still not working said other was faulty. Just wished it was fixed correctly. Don't know why they can't seem to fix this properly. Owe a bill for last fix but don't feel it's owed til they correct the problem. I have always always paid n a timely manner. Just very upset that the power steering pump is still yelling at me and it should not be leaking fluid either. Tired of the squeeling and I know they busy but please show need this fixed asap.
Pat is a very nice guy,the problem is he's spread too thin and relies on unqualified
help who mostly work out doors in front
of the building.Not satisfied with last repair and will not return.

This guy acts like a nice guy, he he jerked me around for days and days requiring information on a vehicle I was fully in my rights to have towed.Then he never did anything just quit returning calls. Because the ex wife works for crooked Washington county he was worried he would lose business because the police play dirty. The law means nothing when you are in that area and the people and companies all play for each other. Take your time and find Some one that isn't in police pocket!!!!
