Ron and his crew at Mark II are awesome--they are honest, polite, affordable, and great at communicating. He fit us in at short notice and fixed the problem while we waited. It's hard to find businesses that operate with this level of integrity, but these guys are the real deal!
Ron the owner is always very willing to share the details of what needs to be done with the car and tries very hard to work people into their schedule to get their car completed on time when they need it!
This was my first time taking my car to this place my mom told me about it and I will say all the work he had to do with my 2011 Malibu he did great. He is one awesome guy very friendly but I will say I'll leave another in a few weeks to let you know if anything go wrong with my car go check him out shared the word
Took are company van in to get air-conditioning work done, they did excellent work and in a timely fashion.Also cost of work was very reasonable. Will be using these guys for all are fleet work from now on.
Always on point with his diagnosis a little high but worth it warranty his work no hassles all around a plus if i cant fix it he is my choice to recommend anyone

I had problems with my 99 Honda Accord.
I took it to Ron for an Evaluation & estimate. Ron called over one of the Staff Mechanics and had him to run a diagnostic on the Honda.
After a couple of hours, Ron called me to discuss their diagnostic evaluation.
Ron was very frank about the Honda's issues and what it would entail to get it right. He had found quite a few issues with the car.
He asked me to give him some time and he would have a rough estimate on the repair cost. I accepted to wait for his call.
The next day after work, I went up to the Shop and got it from Ron. He had me wait in their lobby which I did, to give him time to write out the estimate.
After 20 minutes, he called me over and went over their findings, explaining to me why these things needed attention and what would happen if I chose to ignore them and approximately the estimated cost for the repairs.
He also advised me on what I could do and decide what I wanted to do.
I told him I'd have to think about it and let him know.
Ron and his Staff A.S.E. Cert. Mechanics did a GREAT JOB on my Honda Accord, however, I will take his advice.

I can't say enough about Mark II Tune-up! Any time I have had a need for auto repair, these guys have been there. They will check, and re-check to make sure the issue is fixed. If you need a good, trusted shop to fix your car, Mark II is the place!

I gave them a call before I was planning to head up there (to show courtesy & give them a heads up) & some lady sent me to voicemail & so I called back & she answered, I asked if all vehicles that came in needed a diagnostics test, even if I knew what was wrong w my car & just wanted them to do a fuel injection cleaning service, she told me “The mechanics here don’t work for free.” Excuse me? Like what does that even mean & how does that remotely answer my question?
I'm a returning customer. This shop offers quality work at great prices. The staff is great also. I recommend anyone to come here. You will not regret it.
They are RUDE they have you on hold for 10min or more they rush the job and didn't fix the problem then called to ask about my car gotta wait til june15 before they can see it I haven't even had my car back a week Today is Thursday May 24, 2018
Ron was the absolute best! After hours of standing in the cold troubleshooting my car and couldn’t get it running Ron took care of me and got my car running in a few short days. I will be a returning customer and highly recommended going to this shop!!

BAD BUSINESS - AT YOUR RISK WITH REPAIRS:
The Mechanic "Ron" destroyed the Bottom Lining of the Engine Cover on a Simple Auto Repair. This caused vibrations to occur at speeds of 30mph or higher. Does not warranty work as stated. Family & Friends will never conduct business at this location
