Having had negative experiences at other recycle locations in the area it was a breath of fresh air using Ralph’s. They act like they want your business, help you unload, and don’t make you feel like you are a burden to them for dropping off items. Will happily drive a little extra for the great service they provide.

He is always awesome anytime we go there have learned alot from him about diff metals and tips on making the most money from ur scrap metal!!!

I had to get rid of a big tv and after the owner layed it all out for me, the 0.25$ a pound fee that they charge really isn't bad. I learned that the way they do things keeps the lead from the tv out of the environment, and also they don't make enough on tvs to even pay for them handling it. These guys actually care about about the environment and they work everyday to make a better tomorrow. Customer service is excellent.

They are rude, overcharge, and underpay. The owner will not let you get a word in when speaking to him. Would not recommend them.
