Pouring down rain between Red Bed and Waterloo, the person in front of me was going slow. I understand that (50 miles per hour in a 55). They’re obviously a nervous driver, but what I’m not going to do is make it worse by driving within a couple feet of them. But guess what your driver did he drove with a foot sometimes maybe a little more than a foot of me in the pouring down rain so roads are slick,—it's the one who drove the vehicle labeled V54 on the date may 5, 2026 at 5:30pm. He was so close behind me that I couldn’t even see the front of the box truck all I could see was his front windshield. At certain points, he had to be less than a foot away from me.
I did call your office, but no one answers. It goes straight to voicemail, so here I am leaving a Google review like it looks like many others have for these certain situations of your people not knowing how to Drive. And like I said in my voicemail next time I won't be calling you guys I will be calling the police as soon as it happens so that by the time we get to Redbud, hopefully mono County sheriff is able to pull them over and cite them. I bet The more you have to pay for those reckless driving-tickets the more you'll tell your workers they need to drive safer. I had my 7-year-old in the back row, my 10-year-old in the middle row, and my 1-year-old in the middle row so it wasn't just an adult that he was doing that too. There were children in that vehicle and if I would've had to make any harder of a stop, then I already did once he would've rear-ended me and probably would've hurt my children. How messed up is that?l!!!
There is absolutely zero reason to do what he was doing. It’s foolish. You’ll get there maybe 30 seconds sooner. I literally watched him pull into the factory parking lot. All that reckless driving putting people in danger that could’ve ended really badly just to get there 30 seconds sooner?
You need to have a sit-down conversation with your employees, because this isn’t the first time this crap has happened. This is just the worst it's been for me personally, and reading your other Google reviews, it seems like it’s something you should already be aware of. It’s really gross, inappropriate, and dangerous behavior.
The left lane of the road isn’t for your employees to drive in doing three under for twenty miles because they are going to turn left eventually. If people behind you are going around you to pass and people in the right lane are going faster than you that should be a good sign that you’re in the wrong lane.
If you like waiting on hold forever and then being hung up on when they finally did pick up, this is the place for you to deal with. Guess they don't really need the business too much.
Charged my fiancé's card $200, but he hasn’t bought a part from this business in 18 months. He called 1/16 about the charge and was told he would receive a call back the next day, but we have yet to hear from them. He just went ahead and disputed it through his bank since Ed Morse hasn't followed up, and its not a small amount of money. If you don’t want to get randomly charged for parts you didn’t buy, I would stay away.
Although the first time using them i had issues with there customer service gave em a chance this time around and seemed to work out . Will use them again
Unbelievable experience, I was stranded and really needed a transfer case switch, Ryan really stepped up and helped me out on a Friday afternoon. He took control of my situation personally and even went to the warehouse to get it. Ryan is truly a one of a kind employee, and I could only wish my employees took that kind of care of our customers ! Thanks again Ryan.!!
