Nicolas was EXTREMELY helpful, patient with me and polite. The other employees I met their were as well. I had a bad experience at other nearby auto parts store near by. So it was a breath of fresh air dealing with him. He even came out in the rain and helped me pin point the issue with my car. O'Reilly in waterloo has gained a loyal customer for life. Thanks for all the help and professionalism.

I needed a new battery and I asked what a new battery would cost. The woman that helped me said 171.00$ for an Oriely brand battery. I could have gotten an AC DELCO at Dobbs Installed for around 100$, but I couldn't get the vehicle a small Chevy Aveo to Dobbs shop in Waterloo IL. I asked if they could discount it a little, there was no response from the woman she just proceeded with the rip off. Because of circumstances I had no choice but to go ahead and buy it! I think O'Reilly Auto Parts in Waterloo IL ripped me off for around 100$. I'LL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!l hope anyone who reads this stays away from O'Reilly in Waterloo IL and goes to a more honest auto parts store. No Stars for them!
