I went around to get my four year old out of his carseat and realized I had locked the keys inside with him still in his carseat. They arrived within 15 minutes and charged me nothing considering the circumstances. It's super cold outside, and they were SO fast to get him out. So thankful!!
Terrible company. Outrageous prices. They get their own tow truck stuck and charge me for getting it out and then 400 to wash it. Only know the price afterwards. $2,700 for a local pull out!
On behalf of AmeriPro EMS in Louisville KY I would like to thank you for pulling us out of the mud. We were four hours from Louisville and got our ambulance stuck in a patients muddy driveway. The crew showed up very quickly and was very polite. Thank you guys so much!
I couldn't ask for a better towing service. I've used them three times and they have been prompt, courteous, and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.
If I could give it 0 stars I would! Called them because I needed their help (I thought that’s why they have a company to help people) the first guy didn’t get why I need their help, when I clearly told him I was stuck, and needed someone to come pull the truck out of the mud so he made me talk to a lady and I had to explain everything over again yet she was rude and hung up on me. (Thankfully a guy the was passing by was kind enough to help us)
My wife’s car was on the side of the interstate for over 4 hours while we were waiting for insurance to help us. We decided to call C&W on our own and they were very helpful! They were able to get to my wife’s car off the road safely in no time!
I am slightly biased on this review bc my husband works here. Prompt and courteous service no matter what time you call. Considering how short staffed they are. I would have to say all and all they do an outstanding job and don't use the short handed staff situation as an excuse, and will always try to be of the utmost help they can be taking your situation in mind and coming up with the best solution that suits you and their driver.

We had a flat tire and were trying to get out of town on Monday morning. The driver called and apologized since he already had one on the truck and it would take some time. When I told him I just needed air so I could drive to the tire shop, he said he would be there in a few minutes. Got our tire aired up and we were able to get tire fixed. He even gave me his number in case we didn't make it the shop and needed his help again. Very happy with the service and professionalism shown by him.
I don’t recommend this company!Their cable wasn’t work and they spend a lot of time to fix it and they charge that time.Before you do anything with them check how much is going to cost!Trust me on this!!!They are really sweet to talk to you but at the end they are not!Maybe they ‘ll say that something is not charged so you can feel little better.For 1 hour(I didn’t count the time when they was fixing the cable and bringing another truck)I was charged $4000!At the beginning they gave me some advice.Well I am giving to people advice to avoid this company so they cannot be robbed like me!!!Plus when they was towing me with they chain broke my bumper.
C&W Towing was assigned to bring me gas by my insurance. I was quoted 60-90 minutes. Three hours later I have not heard from C&W, cannot get ahold of them, & my car is still on the left side of a busy interstate. To top it all off, it’s 32 degrees outside and I am hours from home. Mine and my cars safety was in their hands, and they failed.
Traveling with the wife and kids late at night. Our trailer tire blew and Jake with C and W showed up fast. Which is exactly what you want when your on the side of the highway with your family at night. Wouldn't call anyone else if in their area. Couldn't have been any better of experience for the situation.
We hit a pothole and blew two tires and battery cable came loose. We were traveling and had no idea who to call. Glad we used this company Jake towed use and made sure we were taken care of and not stranded in the middle of Kentucky. If you are looking for a great company this is the choice and if your lucky enough to get Jake you will not be left stranded.
This place was amazing super attentive and got to me fast especially considering it was a Sunday evening. I want to especially thank Spence for being so helpful and making me feel relieved in such a stressful time. These guys are great definitely recommend them!
I contacted my insurance for road side assistance and C&W was the company they used. My breaks were jammed and my back wheel wouldn't turn. They showed up sooner than expected, called when they were headed over and called again when they got here so I could stay warm inside. They were able to tow my car to the closest repair shop no problem. Thank you!!
Was stranded on Sunday morning, 9/27/2020, at 4 AM and they were there within the hour to test my battery, on I-24 just a few miles from Kentucky IL Line, on the Illinois side. They hooked jump start up to battery which responded but died and they quickly were prepared to tow it to their shop just a few miles away in Metropolis. On Monday, they determined the alternator was faulty and quickly replaced it. Picking up tomorrow (Tuesday 9/29/20). They also towed me in the middle of a work zone with only one lane of an traffic near Metropolis exit 37. Very professional, gave me a ride to the shop where I could get picked up. Excellent and highly recommend!
We had contacted our road side assistance folks needing to have or tow vehicle and fifth wheel trailer towed. When I contacted C&W, they advised me that they had advised our road side assistance service, that they could tie the truck, but not the trailer. My service didn't advise me of that, so I asked if they could please cancel because I needed both towed to the same location. They were very willing to do that, and referred me to another service that could tow both for us. We had a successful experience with the other service, and we're truly impressed by the professionalism of C&W to cancel the tow, and assist us with a competitor. Thank you C&W, truly a first class company.
Called them to come out and unlock the car after we locked the keys in it. They were here in about 12 min and it took about 5 min. Very nice and professional!
Picked me up on an off ramp, after hours, towed me and my vehicle to the shop then brought me and my stuff home. Called the next morning with a price quote. Had to pay additional cost for a belt but overall great experience. Very courteous and professional

Although it was my fault I needed lockout service while visiting the local casino I do not appreciate being taken advantage of. Lockout fee for cars $60/ semis $125. Tape strip door. Wedge 1/8", Pump the bladder in the door slot, lasso lock w tool, pull. 3 minutes.
Same technique, same tools, same time. Had you upcharged for weekend service or Overnight service I'd have no complaints. You didn't though. You just are just greedy and you are being dishonest. Same service twice the charge. I have a small business too. I pride myself on my integrity. I expected more from middle America I guess.
These guys saved the day when we were stranded on the side of 24 with a flat tire, no spare, while towing a trailer. Rodney and Jace arrived on the scene really quickly to help us out. They were able to tow our car and the trailer to their shop. Curtis (the owner) heard we were from out of town and stayed late to replace our tires. Incredibly grateful for these guys and I would highly recommend this shop!
We had an overheating problem on an older Isuzu motor home. No one wanted to look at it. A parts guy set us up with Keith at C & W. Keith and John, the office manager, diagnosed the problem and found the part. They are experienced and affordable and fixed the problem. They have my recommendation.
My roadside assistance sent a driver from C&W. It was after hours and the driver showed up within about 30 minutes. The driver was very polite and professional. He had the tire changed in minutes.
Overall I am very impressed, top notch service. They were there to tow me 20 min faster than expected, diagnosed and repaired my car in only 2 days when everyone else around would have taken a week or more. The only thing I really wasn't pleased with is that while they had my car someone smoked in it, I am a non smoker with small children who have asthma issues, and now my car stinks like a old ash tray... not good! They were a bit pricy in my opinion, especially now that my car needs detailed...
Would like to say thank you to C&W for working with my insurance company when needed roadside assistant today. They arrived quickly and were very professional. They took the time to pull my truck out of the drainage ditch and turned it around for me so I didn't have to continue to try to back down the lane. Thank you again.
We broke down at night and were towing a trailer. This company was quick, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They towed us and our trailer into town and then waited for us to get our stuff together and brought us to a motel with our dogs. They got us a great discount at the motel. The next day they kept us informed about what they found throughout the day. When the car was done they came and picked us up. The cost for the work they did was very reasonable. We would recommend this company to anyone.
They were all very professional and got our car fixed pretty quickly. Being from out of state I was afraid we were going to get taken advantage of but they were all so helpful.Especially Travis who towed our car to the hotel and dropped us off.
