Great customer service. Clean and professional appearance. Very prompt and kept me informed of ETA. Very careful with my car. All pulleys and systems worked well to load my car on the wrecker. Would definitely call again. I can’t comment on the price as it was through a warranty.

They were dispatched on a weekend to get my vehicle from another tow company. They were very nice and communicative about when they were picking it up. They were also very nice when they arrived and were told the other towing company was closed for the weekend. Would definitely recommend them to anyone else that needed it!

Great experience, Highly recommend our technician. On time, knowledgeable and skilled. Car wouldn't jump start, needed short tow. Was in a small parking lot and near other cars, he quickly and professionally loaded without delay or damage. Can't say enough good things

We were less than half way through a 13+ hour drive when we got a dash warning of a quickly deflating tire. We called our insurance roadside assistance line and they sent Britton's Wrecker Service. The technician was quick, efficient and we are eternally grateful! He changed our tire, and had us back on the road. It was the best outcome we could have hoped for!

Request a tow for vehicle pick-up. Waited almost 30 minutes. Excellent service time. Gentleman call me in advance to let me know that he would be arriving shortly. James sorry didn't catch last name. Polite and friendly. He was finish within 10 minutes at location of vehicle. Highly recommend this company for service.
We used the service warranty we have on our car and they made the contact with you after we submitted the request for help. Your service guy called us almost immediately and said he was on his way. He arrived within about 15 minutes. This was Saturday night. He looked at our flat tire and changed it out with our spare tire and aired it up. He gave me advice on how to find a place to replace the damaged tire on a Sunday. He was very nice and helpful. All of this took less than 30 minutes. We live in St. Louis, but family live in Paducah area and I really bragged on you.
Was a lot faster than the projected time given in the beginning. The driver was very nice and professional. He had to give me a ride home and the whole was was talkative and kept me company and comfortable in the presence of a stranger. Great job!!
William with Britton was FABULOUS! He was quick and communicative when he got stuck behind a wreck. And when he got here, our 4 year old was outside and he even let him help him with lifting the levers to let the van down! That went a long way with us as not only customers, but parents. I’d recommend Britton towing to ANYONE!!
