The manager Logan is sooo helpful! His personality and customer service was amazing! He definitely went above and beyond! This will be my go to store!!
The Alton hub store is where I go. Always have what I need. The counter people are pleasant and knowledgeable on parts and Always helpful. Thanks guys and gals for the good customer service!!
Jess is friendly and helpful. My husband has a shop account, so I'm there a lot either with him or picking up parts for him. The staff in this location is lovely, and they are willing to help you find exactly what you need.
The employees lied to me on two seperate occasions for the purpose of selling me the wrong part. When I called the store about it, the manager copped an attitude and threatened to hang up on me. Will update my review after I go try to get my refund. If you need a part, go to the autozone across the street where they are cheaper and have never lied to me for the sole purpose of selling me the wrong part.

I went into this store this morning to get a new battery for my daughter’s car. Skyler was so kind to change the battery for me. I greatly appreciate him for going the extra mile for me. I would’ve been lost without his help!
Have always loved this place!! Not knowing much about automobiles, I have relied on their staff for several things. Putting wiper blades on for a start , the right parts for my truck and just where to put power steering fluid. These guys are great!!!
Oreillys is the only place I will buy my auto parts from. They have never sold me a lemon, their staff seems to know what they are doing, I always get quality products, at the expected rate.
There is always one staff member on hand that is very familiar with a variety of vehicles and always take the time to take a look at your vehicle and assist you with exactly what you are needing. A few of the staff have really gone above and beyond to help with helping me find exactly what I need.
Overall the other stores, we use this one the most. Closest to home. Plus we get a little money back. We should have a business account, as much money we spend with them. Mostly good service.

Don't go there unless you got a lot of time. Manger Shaw will answer the phone on first ring and will make you wait forever. Won't even put them on hold. And if you say something to him about it he will get nasty and raise his voice and argue with you. A great manger
This company has always been amazing about getting me and my friends the right parts quickly and even sometimes helping with advice on my vehicle. I personally wouldn't wanna go anywhere else for car parts.
The employees at this location went above and beyond for my man the day he just went for parts and ended up doing the work himself at that location on their lot. The associate named Landon was right there next to my man while facing some issues in process of just changing breaks. This associate with i could assume after this visit all others employed at this location are courteous and respectful. Great job O'Reilly for awesome staff. You would think working at an auto parts store you would need to have some knowledgeable people to help you get the right part. Instead they employee uneducated people who only sell you the wrong part and make your life harder than what it is. Basically this store is set out to waste your time with providing you with inaccurate information and or vehicle parts. Unfortunately this has happened more than once.
The young man working tonight went above and beyond an hour before they closed to help with our engine overheating. We were still an hour from home when we ran into trouble and were so grateful for his expertise and professionalism.
Great customer service! Been going there for 5 years and had them change stuff from little tiny fuses to headlights, and batteries. Good bunch of guys up there.
It's a decent auto parts store. The staff here is pretty helpful and tend to know what they're doing. In general they're a little more expensive than a non-specialty store, so you may find general stuff like oil or wiper blades cheaper elsewhere, but you'll have more expertise with the staff here.
