This is not a real Napa It's a McKay's Auto Parts... you cannot use your commercial napa account here. They just middleman the parts. I would take your business elsewhere if you have a commercial Napa account...
Terrible experience with an employee by the name of Ben!
Waited over two weeks for a part on back order, drove to the store twice, absolutely zero communication.
Even after the part arrived they did not call me.
I have severe reservations about going back.
Another employee was standing at the counter with gray hair, I said hello, he never acknowledged me, Ben would not come to the counter when I walked in the store, the package was handed from Ben to the Gray haired gentleman in the back room, as the gray haired guy handed me the package I thanked him, he never acknowledged me at all.
Extremely rude.
This is a place to buy car parts! They warranty their parts, I have shopped other parts houses but will no longer use Napa parts after many failed parts that was poorly rebuilt and left me stranded. Best to shop O,Riley's auto Parts, after buying Napa will a lifetime warranty on my starter they yelled at me and refused to warranty my starter and gave me a refund to get rid of me. I posted a video on YouTube showing the defective rebuilt starter. I had paid $700.00 to Napa garage for a new flywheel and starter, after 7 bad starters the new flywheel is now bad also and I am stuck repairing my vehicle myself. Don't use Napa Parts!. Live and learn. They burned the Bridge with me!.
