This is a great place to get body work done on your car or truck. I had my 2021 ram truck fixed here after a hail storm. They do really good work. They are friendly and listen to you on what's wrong. They work great with your insurance company also. When they get done fixing your truck it looks brand new.
I cannot remember the last time I locked my keys in my truck. I called Brown’s and was amazed at how fast they showed up. In no time I was back in my truck. I received professional and friendly service at a price far lower than what I was expecting. I will always recommend Brown’s for all automotive and towing needs!
Parents, if you have a student around here, these guys are inexpensive and reliable. Had a student with a flat tire and no easy way to get to a repair shop. They got there quickly, in spite of me giving the wrong address, and got her situation resolved. Thanks

My car wouldn't start in the cold, I tried to jump it, but the hood was frozen shut even. Adam came out and was able get the hood popped and jumped my car within about 2 minutes. Excellent service.
My mom has used Brown’s Garage multiple times over the last several years and has had an absolute terrible experience. She keeps running into the same issue with her garage not opening/closing properly and Brown’s keeps “fixing” the issue, but only temporarily. He also is adamant about continuously charging her full price to metro fixing the dang issue. My mother feels taken advantage of and feels as though she’s being nickled and dimed having to constantly keep paying to get the same thing fixed. Her friend who referred her has also had the same issue with this company in particular.
My daughter was breaking down near Edwardsville as she was heading from Northern Illinois to Texas. A quick look at google listed Browns. I had no idea what was wrong with the car as my daughter surely doesn’t know. I called and asked if she could run it by there so one of the techs could look at it. There was nothing Browns could do for her but to had zero issues of checking it out. That
means the world to us!!! Her car did need to go to a mechanic shop and they did tow it over for her. What a great place with wonderful customer service!!!
Our daughter was away at college and was stranded in the school parking lot and needed to be towed to a garage. The lady on the phone was very nice and had the driver there within the hour. Being that we were two hrs away they could have really taken advantage but they charged a very reasonable rate. A+ service
I couldn't be happier. They got me in very quickly for an estimate, got me on the schedule and got the work done slightly sooner than estimated. More importantly, they came in under the quoted cost and the work looks great. I will definitely share my experience with others.
Cary and his crew did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING repair on my 2023 Camry after a hail storm made it look like a golf ball! Hood, roof, trunk, all chrome trim were extensively damaged. The office staff was superb, the car was PRISTINE both outside AND inside when I picked it up (remarkable because it sure wasn’t clean when I dropped it off 😬😬) and they were professional and easy to deal with using my insurance company. I cannot thank you all enough! Excellent experience!!
They’ve fixed my car twice 😁 a lady hit my car at Walmart and they did a excellent job and then recently I hit a deer 🦌 and again they fixed it beautifully. They are all nice people and really take care of you!
