I can’t say enough about this place. We broke down outside of Hays Kansas, they picked up my family and towed truck back to their shop. We got there late in the after noon so repairs would continue into next day. They helped us find a hotel and even dropped us off at said hotel. They were able to fix our truck and get us going safely down the road for the remainder of our journey back home towards St. Louis. Thank you so much for all you did for our family.
Apparently their drivers can’t read or are just plain inconsiderate idiots. Our property is clearly marked NO TRESSPASSING. I saw their truck come past signs, make a turn around and leave. If this is actions they condone, it doesn’t speak very well for the company.
Lane was hands down the most respectful young man I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with I would recommend this company and it's employees to anyone and everyone in the area way to go Davis towing for raising the bar in what's to be expected from other companies.
Whoever was driving the black truck at about 4:40 on March 26th needs some driving lessons. This individual rode our bumper for miles before whipping out and passing us and 3 other cars. Only swerving back to avoid a head on collision… smh
Tried to call to discuss getting some personal property out of my car and instead of saying a word, he hung up on me. Not a smart move since it’s illegal to hold personal property in Illinois. But that’s gonna be his problem. I wasn’t rude or anything, I just said I wanted to talk about getting some stuff out of my car and then he hung up and ignored my phone calls after that. Awful service. If you can help it, stay away from Brad and his horrific company.
I have to give 5 stars. Davis helped me out tremendously, in good time, courteous and professional. In terrible winter conditions. Towed my semi dropped me at the Motel, then picked me up next day. Even hooked up my trailer and made sure I was good to go. Thanks Brad!
Used Davis through my insurance. Brad got in touch with me as soon as he could to make sure my family and I were warm and safe. We unfortunately were on the shoulder with a dead vehicle on the coldest day of the year thus far. I am not from the area so Brad helped me find a trustworthy local shop to work on my car. Danny the driver came within the time frame given and was professional getting the car hooked up and off the freeway. 100% would reccomend Davis they were there exactly when I needed them! Thank you!!
Horrid company that charges an outrageous amount of storage fees and money for doing absolutely nothing to assist with their customer base. Would never again use this company. I would rather get a company out of Springfield or Litchfield and pay 2x the money than use these crooks again, bunch of garbage the way they treat people, and it should be illegal.
