My wife's car broke down by Hardee's in Carlinville. The police called Alvies to move her car from the road. The driver Jason pulled her car up on rollback without putting it in neutral. She had to ask for a receipt and had to ask him to write paid on the receipt. During all this we already had a tow truck in route. Charged $50 to move car from stoplight to Hardee's parking lot. The driver was very unprofessional. Carlinville police was very unprofessional as well.

This was one of the absolute best towing services we have ever used. Great people who went the extra mile to help us out in a tough situation. Plus they didn't charge an arm and a leg to help us. If I could give this 10 stars I would.

We were on the side of I55, Alternator went out and battery died. It was evening and dark, cold and heavy traffic area They were there at the time frame they promised, kept us up to date, loaded quickly and with care for our truck. They drove it back to Springfield and placed it right where we needed it to be. The truck was clean and they were very courteous and professional. While I hope I never need one again...but in the event I do in that area I will call on them

I ran out of gas and called for roadside assistance. They sent a man from Alvie's and he was extremely friendly and helpful. He made sure my car started up after bringing me a couple gallons of gas, and followed behind me to my exit to make sure I got there okay. Definitely made a stressful situation a lot easier
