New to the area and looking to get oil change on my vehicle. I always try to keep my business local to help the businesses in my area. Numerous people around have recommended Janssens for auto care so I thought I would call to schedule an appointment for an oil change. All I asked the woman who answered the phone was an idea or guesstimate on how much it would cost since I dont have a lot of money to play with at this time and would have an idea of how much I needed. I was told they dont do that, they keep really busy and then hung up on me. I called back just to let her know that I wanted to schedule an appointment but due to my current cash flow, I just wanted an idea of an approximate cost, so she finally provided it to me. When I asked about an appointment, she said Im sorry but we cant get you in until the 19th because we are really busy. We'll, I guess I will take my business elsewhere since they dont need it anyways and the way I was treated, not sure if my car will be treated the same. Just a suggestion, when a customer calls, is really nice on the phone because that is my nature, just asking information about an oil change, please think about the customer service you provide. It’s not very professional to hang up on customer when they arent giving you any trouble. Everyone has bad days, but try not to take things out on your customers or potential customers. I understand we are all human and make mistakes, but the way I was treated wasn't necessary.

We tend to keep our vehicles a long time and Janssen's keeps them running very well for us with regular maintenance and new tires when needed. They always go above and beyond so I highly recommend them.

My Grandma was driving through town had an issue with her heat. I called him at 11:45 to see if he can fit her in to check the coolant level he said yes no probably. She just called me at 12:05 heat is working and bill was cheap. Thank You
