Just purchased our second vehicle from K&S. The service and attentiveness is why we went back a second time in 6 months to purchase another vehicle. Kara our salesperson kept us informed during our wait after ordering and turned each vehicle over to us with precision. If you’re looking for upfront no pressure sales K&S is where to go. We just steered our daughter their way to purchase an F150 from Rollie.

I brought my vehicle in, requesting that the PCR be replaced. I gave them a list of work and parts that had already been done prior to the PCR diagnosis. Total bill should have been about $1,800. Instead, my bill was $3,000 because they replaced parts I had already replaced and then replaced the PCR that I requested replaced after. They attempted to charge me for replacing parts that didn't need replaced as well as the labor involved. The gentleman in charge of the garage understood my frustration and tried to get some assistance from the office manager and owner to work out an agreeable compromise. The owner/manager refused to compromise in any way and I was forced to pay the $3,000 bill because it is my only vehicle. I left a negative review online in hopes to spare anyone else from being hustled like this. Once that review was made public a lady from the office called me and offered me $300 back if I pulled the negative review. At the time, $300 was better than nothing so I accepted. When I arrived at the dealership, she refused to give me the $300 until I removed the negative review so I removed it in front of her and accepted her bribe. I am appalled that this is how a representative of the Ford company would conduct business.
Great customer service, got me in right away for an oil change and helped me with a couple questions I had about the new f150 I’m driving. Other dealers have given me the cold shoulder because the vehicle was not bought at their dealership. Not the case here! We will be scheduling our maintenance here while in town for all our other ford trucks.

I couldn’t be more happy after my recent purchase with K&S Ford! Rollie was amazing. He answered all our questions and responded to any text I sent to him even after hours. He explained all the financing options thoroughly and talked me through the process letting me know about next steps and provided us with a Fair quote on trade in value of our previous vehicle. He was friendly, professional, and overall exceptional. The car was ready to go when promised and he showed us everything about the new vehicle before we left. I couldn’t be happier and I would recommend K&S Ford to anyone in the area looking for a new vehicle! I am VERY happy with my new Bronco Sport!!

Kara at K&S Ford was phenomenal to work with. She was extremely responsive and helpful via email, and just as polite and pleasant in person. She was even great with our 4 kids in the dealership while we filled our paperwork. Not to mention the more than fair price they listed our 2019 Ford Expedition at. I stumbled on this dealership while visiting Fairbury with my wife. I was touring the town while she was shopping the famous consignment shop in town. K&S is a very nostalgic dealership with great family history. Love doing business with places like that. I spotted a sweet older Ford Ranger and had to have it! Kara was great and and the truck is awesome!

I have bought three vehicles from K and S ford , a new truck and a second Ford Edge . To say it best they are the small town dealership that cares and are willing to go the extra distance to make you happy !!! Nothing more can or needs to be said . Rollie and David both worked so hard to find just what we were looking for . It took several months and we had to change our search a little bit , but it all came together to get a truly one-of-a kind Edge . I would recommend them to anyone . The service department is top notch as well !
I found myself in the used car market while on a work trip to Indianapolis. While in Indy I was browsing on online sites to see what was available in that region (I'm from east central Iowa). I found a car like I was looking for at K and S Ford and Fairbury happened to be on my way home. I set up an appointment with Rollie and stopped by on my way home. It was exactly what I was looking for and decently priced. I told myself that if it was closer to home I wouldn't even have second thoughts. Rollie made the process seem like I was dealing with my hometown dealership. Great communication and follow through. Stress free and easy process, and he even arranged to meet half way (over 2 hours for him) to deliver. I appreciate him treating me like a local even though he probably assumed I would not be a repeat customer. After treatment like that, I will be sure to check them out next time I need a vehicle!
The best car dealership I have ever been to. Staff was so kind and never pressured me to purchase. They made the buying process so easy...took only 45 minutes! The price of my car was much cheaper than the Kelly Blue Book value and they offered a fair amount for my trade in. I am one satisfied customer and will recommend them to any on my friends/family looking for a new car!

We found a great deal on 2008 ford F 150 online for our son to drive back and forth to college. We contacted the dealer and Kara responded and set up an appointment. We test drove the truck and it was as advertised. Kara was very helpful during the process and made it so easy. We would buy from them again if we ever needed another vehicle. Great experience buying 2017 Ford Fusion energy from K and S. Dave was very helpful with getting us a test drive set up and showing us the car. Kara was very helpful while filling out the paper work and showing us all the features before taking off. Would recommended to anyone in the market for a new car.
Great customer service. I purchased a used truck for work. It had a/c issues that he said needed to be corrected before we could purchase the vehicle. As promised it was taken care of along with a few other issues that he noticed while driving around to make sure a/c was working properly. It was all done in a timely manner and he kept me posted on the progress. I will definitely see what they have to offer any time I need a vehicle in the future and highly recommend this dealership to anyone!
Extremely excellent service. K&S is very convenient for me, even more so in that they gave me a local ride to work and picked me up. Their service bay was clearly busy, clean and organized. Not the cheapest, but surprisingly reasonable. They fixed the brakes on my 2013 Nissan Altima, I asked for new rotors and those brakes are now smooth and quiet. They did a great job. Previously they changed my oil and rotated my tires. After they did that, the tire pressure readouts were perfectly symmetrical, so they didn't just fill the tires. I will be a repeat customer.
