This is hands down my favorite dirt track I've ever been too. The facility is great. The bathrooms are in great shape and clean. They have plenty of seating unless it's the pdc, so get there early if your going to that. The track is usually always in great shape. They have lots of choices of food. On top of that if you get there early you can visit the town and check out some of the local businesses. I try to make it to atleast one race a year if not more.
Fairbury is a nationally famous track for a reason. Everything about the track is phenomenal. Easy parking. The track is run beautifully, efficient, fair, good care taken of everything from the track to the restrooms to the concessions to the officials. This how every track should aspire to be. Everyone is respectful and like family. You will never meet a better group of people than those at dirt tracks. If you've never been to this magnificent place, don't wait any longer and enjoy everything it has to offer. If you have questions about anything, all you have to do ask someone sitting nearby, everyone is more than happy to ensure everyone is having a great time. Concessions are great price with a variety of options. Seating comfortable. Show some love to your local tracks.

First time there. Very good experience. Oh man was it hot but they can't control mother nature. They did have a very nice cooling tent. They went above and beyond. Will go back once everything aligns again.
Took my 3 year old there for family night. He got a complimentary bag of goodies, he'll talk about this for months if not years. Great track and atmosphere.
Smaller track but you can see everything really close. Just a fun time outdoors with the kids or just a couple. I love the roar of the engines with the green flag!
From what I understand, this speedway is one of the bigger ones in the Illinois area. I went there for the annual Fairbury fair and it was tons of fun! I’m not sure what they offer year-round, but going to the fair was a lot of fun and they had many rides and games and good food! The races were done very professionally and handled with care. The bathrooms were mostly sanitary and the bleachers were fairly comfortable. There is only one small section of the bleachers that is covered by an awning so if it is a rainy day, I would suggest bringing an umbrella and/or raincoat. It’s clear that the attendees, the announcer, and the racers all have personal relationships to one another and are well aquainted.
I had grown up in this town. Had not been back to the races for years, as I live out of state. A dirt track that draws big-name racers and your small town racers. They have the big money making races. What a change since I was there last. Had a blast, saw some old high school classmates.
They have bigger and better improvements, bigger crowds, and they have camper parking available (not sure how that works).
Kid friendly. They have annual Fairbury Fair there too....
The best dirt venue going right now. I've been enjoying racing here for years. It is always a great time. Lucas oil late models have been putting on a great show here for years. Get here if you can. You won't be disappointed. The regular every Saturday night show is just as good.
Been wanting to go here for years finally got there definitely be back great track good show !! Food not that expensive beer reasonable !! All around great experience!!!!
Went for world of outlaw show two day event it was a fantastic venue very nice track wish it was closer 10 hour drive was tough love to go back sometime.
Cool experience seeing dirt track racing in a great venue. Good seating for plenty of fans to see some truly great dirt racing under the lights. This is a must see sporting event that doesn't disappoint. Great way to spend a weekend night and fun for the whole family.
This place was great, This was my first trip to a dirt track and was able to have one hell of ab experience if you've never made it out to a race you should atleast once. I was also able to go during the fair so it was a major bonus to the entire experience 5 out of 5 hands down and hope to come back again next year!!!
Excellent quarter mile dirt track. They put on a great show. The racing is very good and the place is ran correctly. Friendly staff and there prices are fair so it doesn't put you in the poor house. I hear it's billed as one of the top dirt tracks in the Midwest. Only negative is there is too many people blocking off seats that they are not using.
Really nice facility. There are stands on the front & back stretches. We sat on the back stretch. Great view. Also the concessions were very reasonably priced.
Was here to watch the Allstar Sprint Cars. Very good track and nice facility. Track preperation was very good and that made for lots of good racing. Both the 410 sprints and late model races were good. Well run facility and a great experience. Would definitely recommend this place and I'll be back if I'm in the area again.
I've been here many times but tonight was the first time seeing the World of Outlaws Sprint cars there and let me say this...... AWESOME!! Well worth the $35 admission price. Class act facility with great fans. Mr. Curl hats off to you and your staff for providing such a great place to come watch dirt racing. Keep up the great work!! Hope to be back for the Summernationals!!
#fals dirt track racing at its finest. Great place, great prices, great staff and AWESOME racing. If you haven't been here for a race then you are missing out!!! The best part is I live 3 houses from the pit entrance.
