I've been coming to this location since 2009. Had these guys take care of all my trucks they been the best and working out my final bill even lowering it If I needed them to saving me some money on all the work that I needed done on the trucks. This time I had Richard and dawn help me out. In much appreciated with all the guys in the back. The techs and the Foreman's that's been taken care of my trucks. I love bringing my trucks here.

In the world where so many promises are broken and the job never seems to be done to properly I share one of the best experiences with the truck center body shop! Amanda Bettis the warranty gal has shown me that there are still people out there that love they’re jobs and shows they’re customers what true customer service is.. paired with the man that did the work on my Freightliner Shawn Brase.. I owe them my deepest gratitude and appreciation for a job that was meticulous from start to finish!! Thank you both for a job well done!!

Phenomenal Experience in and out within 24 hours. I am impressed from the customer service from first moment to all of the staff with every interaction was fantastic above my expectations. I arrived around 8:00 PM. They had gigantic free hot dogs on the roller and popcorn. The vending machines were fully stocked and worked. I was needing a shower and they had two of them for us to use. The water was hot and the showers were so clean. The towels were so clean and comfy. I had the option to do my laundry for free and the laundry machines were beautiful and clean. I washed my dishes and relaxed on there clean beautiful and comfortable recliners. I even watched TV and I never do that. I had fun with every driver that walked in and we all just passed our time away with conversation and laughter. Just being together made me feel so comfortable. I’ve been broken down before and never have I felt so welcomed and that says a lot after six years in this field. Thank you 🙏 everyone for making this experience the best breakdown experience ever. WFX was also Amazing at handling the situation man I’m very grateful. Thank God for having everyone around to help my little family.Tomorrow I’ll be rested and ready to conquer the miles with confidence that my tractor is ready and so am I. Before I continue, if you are a trucker, drive to this facility for any and all your truck repair needs. This is the most competent and friendliest repair facility in the US. I have never had better service. This place is absolutely the best. Travel any distance to bring in your rig, and after the repair, take your truck to their collision center and fix the body too.

Truck Centers in Troy, IL was a complete waste of time. We brought a truck in for one specific issue: a broken leaf spring, after being told there was immediate availability to service it. The truck was dropped off on a Saturday. Despite this, no one contacted us until early Sunday morning—and at that point, the technicians hadn’t even started the repair. Instead, they called to ask what was wrong with the truck, even though the issue had already been clearly explained. After repeating ourselves, we were suddenly told the truck needed numerous additional repairs that had nothing to do with why it was brought in. They took it upon themselves to do a full inspection and push other work, while completely ignoring the one repair we actually authorized. We then received an email stating the truck was in a bay and work had started, which was completely false. Our driver went to the shop and found the truck parked at the far end of the lot, not in a bay and untouched. To top it all off, they demanded payment for three hours of labor to change out a lightbulb that we already had in the truck! No assessment was authorized, no repairs were completed, and the truck was never worked on to address the major issue of the leaf spring! The communication, professionalism, and honesty at this location are severely lacking. Charging for unauthorized, nonexistent work is unacceptable. These people are crooks. Avoid this shop at all costs and take your equipment elsewhere.

Dawn an Cole are really nice people an will help you in anyway. I drove from Dayton Ohio to Troy Illinois to get my truck looked at and fixed by this Truck Center. I came here once for an alternator to be put on an I like how they work a treat there customer. Great job Truck Center👍🏾

Has been absolutely one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had dealing with another company!!! The people that work here are absolutely amazing. Now I know a lot of people go and get bull crap reviews, but this is not one of them people!!! I stated again these people have been nothing but amazing to me, and my wife and my service animals, we unfortunately broke down just before Thanksgiving in an F350 that’s right not even a semi truck. Right away, they realized me and my wife were in a bad situation and had a little to no funds as well because of some bad situation that happened. Not only did the folks at truck center not judge me or my wife and our situation but they help us tremendously with free showers direct us in the right direction and helping us locating parts for my truck.!! They then went out of their way to book me and my wife a three night free stay with the red roof inn, right down the street and assisted in giving us more help and assistance for fuel!! The whole team is absolutely amazing from the tax out there, working on the trucks to the folks in the service department for parts to the amazing people at the front desk, directing any and all people on where to go and had to be taken care of !! If you’re stopping by, and or need assistance. Please ask for the gentleman named ski(Matthew) or the beautiful lovely lady Dawn and I will be more than willing to assist you with their warm smiles and kindness!! If there has ever been a company that I would go to that for and I represent it would be truck Center and especially the specific location in Troy I honestly hope they read this review, so they know and see our appreciation and gratitude. I give them infinity stars cause they were awesome we was the on 11/26/2025 there really good with the drivers and nice and friendly everyone there but they found the problem and got it done the truck derated to only 8 mph and got towed it was a quality control valve thanks so much you all were amazing and helpful and kind they have laundry showers hotdogs popcorn vending machines they were really nice and helpful again thank you and thank you for everything y'all are awesome and pet friendly our dog loved everybody there and the nice lady was even playing with Holly thank you again

Drove 45 miles to pu a headlight that I called and asked for ahead of time they told me they had 1 left, so I get their and they tell me they actually dont even have the headlight. It was a total waste of time and money, I wont be back.

Hats off to all the people who work here. My truck was on derate. Dropped it off on Saturday and next day on Sunday by afternoon it was fully ready with new DPF filters. Keep in mind, guys: if it took longer than you expected, that means they were making sure your truck was fully ready to hit the road. Simply they went beyond and above my expectation. Driver lounge is the cherry on top with showers. On top of that they even work on weekends.

I had a busted air line on their lot, they repaired the line with a $6.10 coupler. They just cut my rubber line and installed the coupler. Less than 15 minutes. Charged me $217... I could have brought the air lines with electric power cord for $130. HIGH ROBBERY

Ordered a Driver side window guy said he even had his hands on it. He said it would be here Monday that was on a Friday. Got to truck center in O’Fallon Monday morning. They never had a window in Troy Illinois to begin with So 2 1/2 hour wasted trip.

We knew we were in trouble when the tow truck guy said don’t expect to have your truck back anytime soon. With fingers crossed we dropped the truck off on Thursday night. Explaining that there is issue with the computer or sensor not letting the truck know it’s in gear. They explained there 2 step process of diagnosing it and then will know if need specialist or just reg tech could do it. Called next day, was told no one had looked at it yet but someone would be out today before weekend. Called later Friday to be told same thing but to call on Saturday. This nonsense went on til Sunday when someone explained wouldn’t be looked at til Monday because needed a specialist because of transmission issue. At this point I’m very upset because I’ve been explaining for days that it’s not the transmission but something not talking to each other. This guy apologized and now sent someone to do what should have been done days ago. Of course it’s not the transmission and just needs parts. Now had we listened the first, second or third day parts could have been ordered days ago and we could have been out early this week. But it’s now Friday 12pm (8 days later) and they are just now doing the quality check on their work. If you need a vacation during your repair, this is the place to go. 1-2 week repairs and high hotel bills to match. They know they are in no hurry to get you out. So they have showers, laundry, shuttles to hotels, driver lounge with 35 recliners, wedding chapel, lake with gazebo and so much more. Don’t forget the free travel goodie bag and free hotdogs.

Well, the facility is nice but the people need a lot of work. Showed up on Wednesday around noon, checked in with Cole. Told us probably couldn’t get it in the shop today but would get it in tomorrow! I was okay with that. Called Thursday morning was told there were 6 trucks still in front of me so it wouldn’t be till the afternoon.. okay! Called back at 1400 was told couldn’t get it in, it would be Friday.. okay! Called Friday morning, now Cole is off, talked to Adam.. To Adam’s credit he was more forthcoming.. promised me it would be in the shop before the end of the day! Okay! Maybe they did actually park it inside overnight Friday? IDK?Saturday morning they diagnosed the truck, turned out to just be a bad green line.. only took till about 1500 to get it changed. 2 hours of diag 2 hours of labor. Over $1,000 dollars (yes that’s right but at this point I didn’t care, just wanted out of the hell hole) $400 hotel bill and missed 2 loads that paid over 10k.. Nice Facility! People over promise, under deliver and mislead.. this is the problem!! Probably understaffed in the shop as well… I would certainly think twice about believing these people at least until they get their act together! Actually quite sad, this is my 3rd Freightliner and I’ve actually had a number of very professional service visits! Perhaps, my expectations are too high? This is one off the slowest service center for truck to get work done. Towed my truck on Monday January 27th. They did not look at the truck until Jan 29th. After checking they said you need new differential I said okey. They order the parts on the 29th. Parts came In 4th. Today is 7th. Truck is still not done. I had an air leak and alignment that needs to be done. They did not touch the truck that many days. They could have done alignment and air leaks. End of they i am told. They made a mistake. It’s not front differential. It’s back one. It will come on Tuesday. So stuck here for another week. Their mistakes costing lot off money. They do not realize . Payment for owner operator does not stop. Who is going to play for lose time. They expect to take 3 week to fix truck and full payment. I changed review from on star to 5 star because just talked to service manager Daniel. Explain all this to him. They took looked in this and explain me everything how they will expedited the service on my truck since I been there too long. I am very happy with their management help.

This has been the worst experience my husband and I have ever had. Came in to fix the driver window that wouldn't roll up. It took them over 24hrs to figure out how to do that. Then they found a leak in the DEF and said we needed a new tank. Told us it would come in the next day, and they would get it fixed right away. We called, and they told us it was in, but they had trucks in front of us( mind you, we have been here 3 days already), and it might be Monday. We are under a load(yes, they know). But the trucks they said were in front of us were trucks that came in after us. I'm the type of person that if you tell me that it will be done the next day then it better be done. Plus, we had to wait an extra day anyway to find all this out why because the person working on our truck left at 4 pm, aparrently there are no other people. I am Appalled that a business that is opened from 6am to midnight has the mechanics not working from 6am to midnight. What's the point of being open then? I don't like being lied to when being told they will have it fixed and then turning around saying we have to wait 2 MORE DAYS!!! I hope the owner reads the reviews something needs to change. Hire more mechanics or something because this is ridiculous having to wait so long.

I did not want to give this service 1 star until today but today service decided to do it. Few days ago I dropped off my semi truck to alightment and to correct steering wheel correct position , engine check light, and recall. Today I came to pick up, so front desk gave me BILL when I saw they changed my name and my address without ask than he fixed, when I read work jobs step by step look like they done allightment but they didn’t correct steering wheel position well, when I pay cost of repair cashier gave key I go back side of yard and start pre trip inspection I saw everywhere dirty mechanic hands’ dirt, than I check steering wheel didn’t fixed check car walk they lost cat walk mount I bought it cost me over $35 extra, I go and ask front desk they don’t know nothing but they serviced. I am customer this location since 2018 many times try to explain and solve issue with front desk but always promised and didn’t well. I have all labor parts recalls receipts. I try to talk with manager again good excuse try to avoid it. I hope management or owner read my concerns and contact back my review. Also next customer before you drop off please take a picture and video of your truck and pre trip inspection before leave this place might be other mechanics and employee works well but my almost 6,5 years experience with this place happens a lot. After my review service manager called to my phone his name is “Daniel” and told me refund and sorry about that happened we talked very friendly and keep Bussines in the future and I switched my star to 5 stars and I hope will do good service this location thanks again Service Manager Daniel

Don't be fooled by all the company driver reviews!!! This dealer will screw you over lie to you and waste your time! Brought my truck in at 9:30 am and was told when I called at 6 am that they would have it in by the afternoon that estimation was repeated to me again when I got here. They didn't pull my truck in until the next morning! They got it diagnosed and had the estimate to me at 10 am and didn't start fixing it until 8 pm! Not to mention being charged double labor costs for the " diagnostic fee " when I told them straight up what the problem was before I even got here. The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because they do have nice amenities and the people were fairly friendly. This my fellow O/O's is a dealer I will never go back to just a warning. UPDATE: After receiving zero help at the dealer they emailed me a customer satisfaction survey, so I told them what I thought of them. Within two hours of submitting it I get a phone call from the shop manager apologizing for my experience and he refunded me the diagnostic fees. Not sure if ill ever go back to their dealers but at least he tried to make it right but that does not change my experience.

Got to say that Sheila and Mike are absolutely amazing. Completely made us feel at home and very welcomed. We travel all over but my husband and I are in total agreement when I say that we haven't meet such nice and dedicated individuals such as them. I hope that the daytime cleaning lady is VERY well paid. I was at this dealership for 3 days. The driver's lounge, restrooms and showers were extremely clean. Thanks for the free laundry equipment use, free coffee, free popcorn (had not had any in YEARS, and even had free hot dogs available. What an example of service and care for professional drivers. Thank you!

Worst place for owner operator. I drop drivable truck and towed away un drivable truck. They threw the filters they removed from the dbf inside my truck. I got charged almost 2k without any service. All the good rating you see here are mostly from company drivers because they got big drivers lounge.

Super awesome picked up few things for my truck. Alliance 950 cca are the best. Out with my old 4 year old batteries 9600 hours on them. Installed with new batteries.
