Been working on an old truck of mine and just about everything I've done to it I have gotten the part's here worst case scenario I have had to wait for part's to be shipped to my local store and or sent to my address hands down best brick and mortar part's store around have turned from Chevy to Ford guy have 2 older F-150s I have been throwing parts at and still O'Reilly's coming through with everything needed as long as they keep up the good work will not use any other parts store.
Car battery died and needed new one. O'Reilly had the battery needed and replaced it. They even verified the one they had would really work because the one they took out looked different. Great work!
I took my elderly father recently and had an excellent experience with Nate, the store manager. My dad has Alzheimer's and was not on the top of his game, but Nate was patient, replaced Dad's car battery, and helped us make the task easier and pleasant. Thank you, Nate!
Over the phone the agreed to match the price that Advanced auto offered after there 15% off over $100.00 offer, they had it waiting on the counter when I arrived, the girl checking me out had to check with the manager again and again after a lengthy chat returned and said advanced auto had it for the same price,I explained the 15% off again and instead of getting into a back and forth I informed them I will get it from advanced auto, waste of time.
My son and I were passing through on our trip back from Colorado when I started having transmission problems. The staff here were absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Checked my codes, issues were diagnosed, and pointed me in the best direction to have my issue taken care of, since a major repair was needed. Thanks guys, very much appreciated!!!
The staff were awesome. Nothing they did has them involved in this review. When I open the box, my part was not only used but broken they had no replacement, which is OK I understand but quality control for O’Reillys or the product manufacturers needs to step up a little bit now I have no running car and no part to repair it.
During the recent cold snap my wipers decided to throw in the towel.
It was cold and about 6° the sign said Free Wiper Blade installation.....in other words... the universe was saying....replace those wipers now.
The young man stood out there putting on the wipers with some difficulty as I tried giving him more light with my phone.
At one point I was practically begging him let's go in and warm up. Nope, he said I almost have it. And one snap later he had it.
Amazing determination!
Keep hiring this type of mindset O'Reily's. We need the inspiration!
I had an unfortunate situation happen regarding a miscommunication at the store level. I called upper management to explain the situation. The store manager contacted me promptly and the situation was rectified immediately. Great customer service and problem solving on their part. This company cares. If you need parts, I would recommend calling them first. Customer service is a lost art but not at Oreillys.
Bought 5 quarts of Castrol full synthetic oil on sale for 35.95. On way home checked online and local Walmart had same oil for $24.22. O’Reilly would not price match so we are returning the oil and buying from Walmart. All the oil and filter prices at Walmart are significantly cheaper than O’Reilly.
Stopped in on a rainy, cold day because my wipers were shredded. Ryan found what I needed and then went outside to put them on (and without a coat). I felt terrible because the weather was nasty. But he did it with a smile. Thanks, Ryan!
I broke down Friday night while passing through. I called all the local Ford dealerships first thing Saturday and they were all either closed or wouldn't deliver. I called these guys. Ryan was very helpful even though it was his first week working there. They had the part in stock and delivered it within a half hour. Very professional and helpful considering I don't think they normally deliver parts.
I had to say goodbye to my favorite shop woman today. Hands down the best worker the store had and carried the team for a few years it has seemed. Farewell oriellys, I'm going to remain a loyal customer to the woman who has proven to me she knows what she is talking about. This store really lost a good one if she really goes. Update stopped by recently. This short guy was hard to understand while he was eating and in the middle of helping me, he excused himself to the restroom and didn't return. Thankfully this woman was there to help me and the noises coming from the bathroom was kind of disturbing from the distance away it seemed to be. Don't waste your time talking to the short guy, really unprofessional and only come here if I can't find what I need anywhere else since Morgan went to East St. Louis store the woman there told me. If you have to go here see her.
None of the employees has worn a mask since the outset of Covid. I guess they're too tough, aka inconsiderate to bother. One of three BUSINESSES in this community that does NOT adhere to any public safety guidelines though they purport to online.
The young lady Morgan is one majority of the time I get help from but have had help from other staff members there pretty solid place good knowledge very friendly.
Great! Highly recommend! They changed my battery out for me and they price matched Walmart that isn’t even doing battery installs right now due to covid.

Good people here, easy to work with. They also have a military/veteran discount. The info is on the entry doors. Make sure you take advantage of it! They can also get parts from other locations at a speedy rate.
Great location, staff is always happy to see you, very knowledgeable ( not something I can usually say about some of our other local Auto parts stores. ) Always have exactly what I need or can get it within a day or two, even if it's all the way across the country.
