It is a place with good parking space and everyone who works there is very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended and the products have good prices.
All I can say is the customer service my daughter and I experienced today was nothing but incredible! We had no clue what to do about a piece we had hanging from under the car, but Tom was in it. He came outside and knew exactly what we needed to fix the problem and then fixed it! Can’t thank you enough.
When my car would not initially start and a check engine light implied something was wrong. The associate on duty did a quick analysis that showed service was in order. They provided me with a printout of indicated reason for the warning and was able to correct this concern with the knowledge of what was needed to be fixed. O’Reilly staff was knowledgeable to address my late evening concern.
Good evening everyone I want to share my experience today. I got off work today and my battery in my car was dead . I got a jump and went o’reilly auto parts store in lake Zurich Illinois and when I got there Tamela and Adryan was absolutely great adryan replaced my battery and Tamela also came out to help but she wasn’t feeling good but still came out to help Adyran with my battery… They’re great and help me with a great smile. And very kind. So I suggest you’ll should go there great service with a smile 😊…
I needed some guidance to find out why my brake lights went out on my car. When I came to O'Reilly's I was greeted by an employee named Thomas. He came outside and helped me by checking my fuses. That didn't happen to be the problem but when I did find out what was wrong I headed right back to O'Reily's to purchase my products there. Good customer service goes along way and is worth driving extra for. 5 stars to Thomas! He is one great employee!
T.J. at the front was of great help. He had a great, open personality and was quick to help me get and install a new windshield wiper. Much appreciated.
adryn is such a kind and amazing person. One of his employees sold me the wrong windshield wiper, and without hesitation, he was more than happy to help get me the right one, and install it for me! Every time I go in, he is always so kind and so helpful!!!

Last night on my way home my car started making a sound so I stopped in 10 mins to 9 and I met a guy name Everest he literally went under the car and put the pieces back together I’ve never had anybody go the mile for me like he did last night I was so sad because I just didn’t know how I was going to afford the work don’t at a shop but he definitely gave my car extra life and I’m so glad I came thank u so much Everest
Holy cow!! Everett is the best! We have a Range Rover and the rear cup holder has been stuck in the upright position since we bought it. Everett come out and fixed it in less than 5 minutes!! Give this man a bonus!
I had a broken windshield fluid hose. The only part was a ford oem part to be ordered. I had the car apart and needed an immediate solution. Logan and Anthony worked with me to create a splice and keep the car running with parts they had in house.

Great customer service by Everett and Anthony! My elderly mother was stranded with a bad battery and they were quick to make sure that I got a replacement battery so that I could get her on her way. I appreciate their help!
The assistance I received from Anthony and Everett was the best I could have possibly asked for. Anthony not only assisted me with normal tasks, but also called in help from Everett when he realized it was his area of expertise I was struggling with. Everett, who was not working at the time, was still willing to hear my problem out, and work with me to find a list of what I needed to check. Anthony helped me find what I needed for it, and helped me troubleshoot exactly what the issue was from the list. When I made a mistake in my attempt to fix the problem, Anthony and Everett worked together to figure out a quick, safe, and effective way to handle it, and now my car is operating normally. They went above and beyond any expectation I had to make sure my problem was solved, and were friendly about doing so the entire time.
Its alright for auto cleaning products and chemicals.Dennis the manager is a very god guy who really tries to help you out with your work if he can. Dennis's crew is very good they try. Its hard when oreilly makes things hard to sell most of the products are of lower quality its hard to find the brands you are looking for. They can order any parts you need and can get them in a reasonable amount of time give them a call ! They have cheap axles for front wheel drive vehicles
Needed a headlight replaced.Frank at the front counter gave me top line service. Left with the new headlight in place and an appreciation for the great service.
Fantastic service and advice. The night before a big roadtrip through snow a relative noticed my headlight was out. I went in and they went out to my van to check everything, then had a patient discussion of all the options. Then they actually installed the new bulb, which would have taken me an hour to figure out. Totally saved us.
Adam espec was extremely nice. I came in on a Saturday to buy new wiper blades and they offered to install them for me. They were extremely busy and I have a Volkswagen, which took a while to get the job done, but Adam was so nice and did it for me and did not complain once LOL. Super nice guy and great service at this place!

I was at Advanced Auto Parts and waited half an hour for a check engine light to be diagnosed. I finally gave up and drove to O’Reilly and they took care of it immediately. Won over a lifetime customer.
Staff provided OBD reading with no wait. Suggested I reach out to a repair shop versus trying to fix on my own, no unnecessary sales tactics aside from asking if I needed anything else.
I stopped in Sunday to get a check engine diagnosed and pick up some oil. Curtis explained to me that he was the only one in the store and could not do it (which I understood), but he offered to let me use the tool and walked me though it. It was easy, he looked up the code/part (exhaust oxygen sensor). He explained where it was on the car and what it did, and confirmed that the car was not in danger, but would likely not pass emissions test. Since it was not cheap and involved taking apart the exhaust to replace this part, I decided that it was more of a job than I was up for that day. I asked if it could just be a loose connection, and he said that is possible. I will check that.
The oil was a great price ($22 after rebate for 5 quarts of full synthetic and filter). Curtis looked up the filters, grabbed them off the shelf (I am used to looking in the book), and labeled them before I even asked. The form for the rebate was not where he expected it to be, but he looked up and printed (could have directed me to the same website that he used).
I do not look like someone who would work on cars, and like the out of shape guy going to the gym, I worry about being sold into an extra large supply of blinker fluid, but found the exact opposite here. I will be back.
Interesting side note. The limited "yelp" reviews were the polar opposite of what is here and my experience. Perhaps it is a different community? I picture people who have taken a picture of every meal they have ever been served...
The guys here are great and aren't interested in selling you the most expensive, unnecessary products. We've been here several times in the last year, and the staff has always been extremely friendly, and even replaced the bulbs in our headlights for us for no extra charge.
