Great tow company. Would definitely use them again. Had to tow my jeep to the repair shop. They picked up without me having to be there and dropped it by my shop. The owner was polite and responsive. He communicated via text and was very easy to get a hold of.

My brakes went out on my vehicle about a month ago. I contacted Eric at HD towing and someone was there within an hour to get my vehicle. I was unhappy with the last place that did my brakes and recommended a great person in Barrington to replace them. I highly recommend this company to anyone. I called for a tow to a local mechanic because I couldn't get my car to start after multiple failed attempts to jumpstart it. I explained the situation to Eric when he arrived and he simply jumpstarted my car with his equipment and got it running like new. Thank you so much! Great service and super friendly.
Eric is an amazing tow operator. He understands how much people value their vehicles. If you have a lowered or modified car, you have found your guy. He has all of the right stuff to do the job quick, easy, and correct.
Highly recommend HD Towing. Called HD Towing for a dead battery. They were here in 10 minutes and had the car running. They even provided suggestions of next steps. Will definitely be using HD Towing for all our towing needs and suggest anyone who reads this do the same.
Called and didn’t answer on the first try BUT they called me back soon after. They were 40 bucks cheaper than another tow place I called and they picked up my car the same day. Pretty to the point and simple. I would use again if I needed to.
Don’t waste your time with the other towing companies. I called many other towing companies in the Gurnee area and they either gave me attitudes and extremely unprofessional vibes. Absolutely nothing but positive things to say about them. Called Eric at H & D Towing on a weekday night at rush hour to tow my daughter with 2 flat tires. Eric was at the site within 5 minutes and let her and her friend wait in the truck (out of the cold) until I could pick her up. He towed the vehicle to Libertyville all within an hour!! My 17 year old daughter was stranded with car trouble while I was out of town. The HD Towing owner and his team were life-savers. Not only did they get her car to the right place, but they acted like it was their own daughter. They made sure she was safe and drove her home and took care of every detail that I couldn’t. In these freezing cold temps, my car was completely dead and I had no one to help me.
