I have been stranded and walking my daughter to school for days. I didn’t know what to do and I called the shop yesterday and came in this morning about my squeaky serpentine belt. Just to be told it was a whole lot more. The mechanic was so polite and knowledgeable. He knew what to do like immediately. The ladies were so friendly offering me coffee to warmup in the lounge while I waited. The young man in training laughing with me about deer accidents just brightened my morning. Thank you everyone at Andy’s today. From entrance to exit you have a phenomenal team. Know wonder Andy’s is #1 all around.

I called on a Friday and was able to get in the following Monday for an oil change, tire rotation, and transmission fluid service on my 2020 Honda CR-V. I spoke with Ed, who was great to work with and very accommodating. When I got the call that my vehicle was ready, I was told they couldn’t perform the transmission fluid drain and replacement because they didn’t have the proper adapter and could only do it if it were a 2000s Chevy, stating that the Honda adapter was “weird” and could only be performed at a Honda dealership. When I arrived to pick it up, Sara gave me a completely different explanation, saying she refused to allow the team to do the transmission fluid because she’s had a bad personal experience changing transmission fluid, and that my car would likely develop issues since it hadn’t been done before at 55k miles. I reiterated that I did not want the transmission flushed, but only drained and refilled per Honda’s suggestion. My CR-V has sensors that notify when maintenance is due, so the service recommendation didn’t come from me guessing. It came from the vehicle itself. I left not knowing whether the service wasn’t performed due to missing equipment or simply because they refused it out of caution. Either way, the mixed communication made it hard to feel confident about the situation. Edit 11/5/2025: I spoke with Rex and he helped to clear up some confusion on the requested services versus what was understood from the team. He offered to make things right. I appreciate the efforts the team makes to ensure things are right with their customers. Once the drain and refill is completed I’ll be sure to update the review with results. Edit 11/11/25: Moving the review from 3 stars to 1 star. After my last conversation with Rex, he asked me to bring my car back so it could be made a “priority” on 11/10/2025. I dropped it off Sunday evening (11/9/25) so it’d be ready first thing Monday. After hearing nothing all day on 11/10/25, I called around 5:30pm for an update and was told they hadn’t gotten to it yet but that it would be first in line the next morning, despite Rex assuring me it would be completed by end of day Monday. I ended up without a vehicle all day Tuesday, 11/11/25. When I called again around 3:45pm, I was told they still hadn’t started but expected it done by closing. I ended up picking my vehicle up with no work performed and will be taking it elsewhere. What frustrates me isn’t just that the promised work wasn’t done, it’s the complete lack of communication. Both times, I had to call for updates. Andy’s used to be my go-to shop for anything automotive, but over the past year the service quality has steadily declined, and this experience sealed it for me that I cannot in good faith return for any future services.

My old 2004 ram 1500 4x4 needed catalyst converters and new exhaust system. They did a great job and Ed in service went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I will continue to take my vehicles to Andys.

UPDATE 10-4-2025 I was told by the manager that he would get with the mechanic, and others to discuss what they can do for me and call me on Tuesday. Didn't call me back, gave an excuse of well maybe there was a voice mail. NO, HE DIDN'T CALL ME BACK! I called Friday and he said there's nothing they can do. How would you feel after paying over 600 dollars and it wasn't fixed? There were claims that the mechanic did things that didn't happen. It shouldn't take over a week to diagnose the problem. They told me it was fixed! The problem was still there the second I started the car. They reset the check engine light, and it came right back on, same P-code! NEVER TAKE YOU CAR HERE! You may get great service, you may not, and they won't refund your money when they make a mistake. First time at Andy's. Will be my last time. I had a misfire on cylinder 5 at idle, as indicated by the P0305 code. I replaced the coil pack, spark plug and wire. I took my car to Andy's on August 26. I was told they could check it out the next day. I was September 3rd when they worked on it. According to the receipt, the only thing that was done was to replace the valve cover gasket. I was told they tightened down a rocker arm. A mechanic from another shop said it looked like the valve cover hadn't been removed. It did nothing to fix the problem. I wanted a refund, but the man there said "well, since you've already paid, we might as well fix the problem." I said ok. He told me it was a bad ignition control module that it was overheating. It wasn't the problem, as confirmed by a mechanic from another shop. The next time I went there, I told him as much. He said "what would you like to see happen?" I said diagnose the problem and fix it as soon as possible. It's been a week and a half. He said ok. I went back later that day, and no one had even looked at it. He was gone for the day. I said that I'm going to take it to another shop. It's still not fixed, because the problem is more than likely internal. I don't know if any work was even performed on my car. I want a refund.

I called to set up an appointment for an alignment. I told them I put on coilovers and lowered my car. They set up an appointment for me and when I showed up they told me they couldn’t do it because my car was too low. They didn’t check clearance. It seems like they just didn’t want the business. I’m frustrated because now I have to find another place to do it and I wasted my gas and time by going to this appointment for them to not even try.

I made an appointment 6 days ago (July 16th) for an oil change and tire rotation. They gave me July 21st at 1 pm. I was there on time, told the guy I had an appointment and he asked for my key. I waited in the waiting room for 1 hour and 10 minutes and realized that they hadn't even moved my car yet. I asked the lady why and she said "oh, they must have had a rollover." LAME EXCUSE. There were quite a few mechanics and only a few cars getting worked on. Funny thing though, ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY HAD SOMEONE READY TO TAKE MY CAR IN. Now HOW about that!! Amazing how that works. I wonder how much longer if I hadn't said anything. I told the girl never mind and she gave me my key back and pointed across the highway at the Jiffy Lube or whatever it is now and said something to the effect of "you can take it to one of those dinky places." Sorry Andy's. I've been a customer for several years but after today, I think it's time to find a new place for my car needs.

Called on Monday talked to the automotive dept for a good hour about my warranty& what I needed done. Went to drop it off 2 days later & apparently they don’t take my warranty. What a waste of time

The only thing I have used your company for is the emissons testing every 2 yrs, BUT the folks you have running it are very nice & helpful, no attitudes & do a great job. So the 5 stars are for them for doing a great job, but you hired them so the stars are for you as well, LOL

Not an inviting atmosphere. I walked in to inquire about scheduling an appointment to get some services done to my car and as soon as i step foot in the door the two people at their desks just stare at me. I start talking and explaining what I need to schedule an appointment for and they both are saying nothing, just giving me a blank stare. I ended up leaving because it was so painfully awkward. Did I do something wrong? I tried to call multiple times throughout the day and no one answered. I walked into the reception area as well and followed the signs to the counters that said “ Andy’s Auto shop”.

I took my vehicle to them for repair. I told the guy in the auto repair when he looked at my car for estimate for the insurance company that it was off balance after being hit and he said he would put down alignment for it. When I got it back it still drove different but when I went to go get oil change elsewhere they told me I needed alignment. So when I called the body shop the lady told me he should have never said alignment but I think if someone hit your car and its off than they should have done it. She said I'll call you back at 930 well its been 8 days and I even called the next day to bodyshop and guy there told me he would look into it. But again no call...my opinion very UNPROFESSIONAL for it to be a business..I will never bring my car there again. They need to educate them.

Brought my car in for a battery drain because I didn’t have time to take every panel off my car to look for a ground wire, held my car for a week and charged me $800 and all they did was put in a new battery, when my car died later that week and I brought it back they said it’s the alternator now and I need to bring it to the person who replaced the alternator. brought it to another shop they told me the alternator is fine and the battery is bad now and they thing there’s a loose wire somewhere but they don’t have wiring diagrams, called Andy’s back and they said there’s nothing the can do because they don’t work on Mercedes now. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a shop if you’re thinking about bringing your car here don’t do it you’ll only be overcharged for shitty work

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service at Andy’s Autobody! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After a deer hit our 2024 Toyota Tundra, we brought it to Andy’s Autobody for repairs, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the service we received. From start to finish, they took excellent care of us and made the whole process as smooth as possible. Kurt was fantastic to work with – he’s incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, always keeping us informed on the progress of our vehicle. We truly felt like we were in good hands every step of the way. A huge shout-out to Brandon, the body man, whose attention to detail and meticulous craftsmanship really stood out. The quality of the repairs speaks for itself, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work. We absolutely recommend Andy’s Autobody for anyone in need of collision repair – their professionalism and commitment to using quality parts is top-notch. They had my vehicle for 3 weeks and couldn't fix it. I had to return it after it was "fixed" due the original problem not being fixed after 20 min. of driving. I spent $1700 on chassis and suspension but my original problem was never fixed. Skylar took for ever to let me know what was going on after the $1700 was collected. I had to call every few days just to be up to speed. Alex was helpful the best way he could. They also left my components of the steering column and made the problem worst. It went from no power steering to the wheel automatically turns right without touching it. I will never go back or suggest any one to go there unless your updating your stickers.

To be honest, I have mixed feelings on Andy's. On the plus side, these guys are located close to where I live so I can literally walk home after dropping off a vehicle, if I need to. And so far, their mechanics have done good work fixing the issues I asked them to fix. On the other hand? I've had at least two different occasions now where I was initially advised or given an estimate that was WAY inaccurate, vs how things ended up when the mechanic actually started working on the vehicle. (EG. Had a minivan with weak brakes and was quoted around $900 for a full brake job, when in the end it just needed air flushed out of the brake lines.) I'm also hard-pressed to give more than a 3 star rating just because of the prices. For example? Last time I had a vehicle in for some work, they replaced a burnt out brake light and billed me around $40 for it, without even discussing it with me first. I get it's a "safety thing" and needed to be replaced. But I had spare brake lights at home for it already and would have switched it out myself for about $3 or $4.

I brought my car here for body work after someone hit it. I worked mainly with Kenny, who was a delight. He was super helpful and made this process very easy for me. The service was professional, prompt, and my car looks great after being repaired. Rex, the manager here, also made sure everything was going smoothly for me throughout this process. I also witnessed him doing that for other customers also. This team knows what they are doing and care greatly for their customers! 10/10 recommend!

This place sucks. They put an engine overpriced to begin with, in my cousins explorer then a power steering rack. Had problems never made them right. 3 weeks after he received the car back it started sounding like a derby car. They didn't put new exhaust gaskets in when they swapped the engine and they failed was contacted didn't make it right. Avoid this place if you can. Was paid very well and did 1 star work had it in the shop for a month. 0 star

Wow, whoever worked on the 2010 Scion tC did an excellent job. My fender looks brand new! And Rex was so friendly and helpful! Will definitely recommend to everyone I know! :D

I was recently involved in a head on collision do to someone pulling out in front of. Andy's went above and beyond to fix my truck and have it done before my cross country trip. My truck looked brand new again and the paint matched perfectly. They update you multiple times in a week letting you know what stage your vehicle is in. Overall great experience!!!

It is terrible that I cannot leave a 0 STAR REVIEW!! Andy's provided the worst experience I have ever had. They had my car for 42 days and only did 37 hours of work!! I repeat, 42 DAYS!!!! They told us on five different occasions that my car would be ready the next day and then it somehow would not be. I desperately needed my car before I went back to college after winter break (they knew this) and they called me the day after I went back to school to tell me that my car has been done for 4 days. It sure would have been nice had they told me that 4 days earlier. They also left my car in the lot outside for 5 days in 0 degree weather (my car is a diesel) and caused my gas lines to gel up. This could have been prevented very easily because the days they left my car in the cold, were the days that they decided not to tell me my car was done. A rental car costs $20 a day for 42 days plus an extra week because I had to come back the weekend after to get my car.

This really deserves 0 stars. I've had my car fixed here multiple times. Twice this year for the same thing (Catalytic converter), paid over $5000 this year (including every time they have charged me for a diagnosis fee), you name it. And every time they would "claim" my car was fixed not even an hour later the check engine light was on again. And they would hold my car until closing time so I couldn't call them and tell them my issues. I would always drive an hour to them and have to spend more money to stay in town close by because I used to trust them. But their mechanic are not well trained and I have to keep coming back up there for the same issues and I've only had my car for 3 years and been up there more than 8 times. Seems like your computer nor mechanics can do their jobs right. So frustrating and absolutely annoying. At this point YouTube can probably help me fix my own car more than your mechanics can.

I had the pleasure of working with Cromwell and JD. My emissions test was fast and easy and the renewal plate process within Andy’s is extremely convenient. Cromwell is such a friendly and genuine person and he made my morning better with his positive personality! JD is super pleasant and and easy to talk to, which makes the experience even more enjoyable! In a world where you can’t help but expect negative attitudes from employees (especially on a beautiful Saturday morning, like today..) Cromwell and JD blew my expectations out of the water! Thank you for being so positive and happy and making my day brighter ☺️☀️❤️?

I had a problem with my driver door not latching, as well as the window mechanism not working.. Even though they were booked and didn't think they could get to me until the next day, they were able to take care of everything by noon the same day! Staff were friendly, service was fast and well done, and price was reasonable. I will be back for future repairs needed. Thanks!

Wonderful service from a professional, friendly team. JD specifically helped me save so much money on my headlamps. He was very informative and upfront about pricing and timing. If Andy's can save you money they will let you know. My car was fixed same day. It's a very clean center and the waiting area is very comfortable. Also, if ever your repair requires more time, there is a rental car place right across the street. I live out of town and this is a convenience I look for.

From beginning to end there were no issues with my services. Everything being done was explained to me by William and I had no issue with my car after leaving. My car drives better since getting an oil change, an inspection and all the service lights checked. I got 2 tires replaced as well. I appreciate your kindness during this time. I had an accident that was not my fault and their insurance covered my cost at Andy’s. It took 5 days, they said it would take 3. They were fixing my bumper/fender and taillight on my 2022 vehicle. After I left with my “fixed” vehicle on Friday, I had to go straight to work. I wasn’t able to get back to the shop until Monday morning. My blinker/taillight was out. The associate I spoke to in person about the mishap was very rude and looked at me as though it was my fault. My car is brand new. They were only fixing the back of my car. Was I really expected to believe it was a coincidence? I’m going into such detail because I’ve never seen such poor customer service in a situation like this. Luckily, it wasn’t a hard fix in the end. The employee took my keys, had my car for less than 30 minutes, and then told me they just didn’t plug something back in. So, my car seems back to normal. However, I have to worry and hope that’s all they forgot to do and that they didn’t make other errors I can’t see. How could they not have checked if the back lights worked? They were literally only working on that part of the car. I was excited at first that insurance was covering such a well known local business. I never imagined I would leave with something still wrong, only to return and have rude customer service. I did not barge into the place. I didn’t make a scene. I am a professional and I treat others the same. I simply wanted my car fixed. He admitted they had made error and never once apologized. I would not recommend.
