CJ was the BEST worker I've ever seen! Handled the vehicle with precision and care. He better get a raise because he's what makes that company so incredible! Give that man a raise or I'll hire him myself.

The guy in the office today was very nice to me, I paid the $500 and went to get some things out of my vehicle which wasn't drivable, and he allowed me to get stuff out that I needed and was very courteous to me, everything that was in my vehicle when it was towed was still there which tells me they are honest people so thanks Fred for being a good dude to me, much respect to you.

Call any other place but these guys. Might as well be asking to get robbed. Adr towing g in Troy for big trucks.

I DON’T RECOMMEND FRED’S. Save some money and call a different tow service. We have unfortunately had ours cars towed multiple times and yesterday my husband called Fred’s and it was the most EXPENSIVE tow we have ever paid. We previously had a tow from another company for more than twice the distance and our bill was half the bill of what we paid Fred’s yesterday. ?

Extremely predatory practices and overwhelmingly ignorant. The owner has entirely failed to learn or train his employees in any type of customer service as one of his drivers told someone that had experienced a diabetic reaction that they are lucky that they weren't in jail and then proceeded to treat them like a criminal for having gone through medical emergency. Regularly preys on members of their community And then attempts to use local police to intimidate people when the legality of their actions are called into question.

They don't answer their phone ! Was broke down on 367 at 1am and Trickies in Woodriver was the only company to answer they will forever have my business!

Fred's service is excellent, prices are competitive, professional services, and they take great care in whatever they tow.

This place is terrible they think cause they work for the alton police there untouchable i don't know how there even still open terrible people skills would never Recommend this place there a joke..

Way overpriced! Wanted 200 bucks from white castle to godfrey. Got it done for 125 bucks from alton area towing. The gentleman was rude also.

The Dublo family is always an awesome family to work with for your towing needs. They are all nice and courteous and will go above and beyond to help you.

They were the cheapest for a flatbed toe in the godfrey/alton area that we could find. Polite too, hope not to go back but if I need a tow I will.

Great experience with Fred’s towing. They’re professional, on time, and have cheapest prices around. This is the only place I call when I need an unlock, car maintenance, or a tow. Fred’s is family owned and a TRUSTWORTHY business with integrity behind their work. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service, paid over five hundred to get a vehicle returned to me only to find the battery had been removed which they tried to resell me, claiming they didnt remove it and the only person who had access to the vehicle was them and a person who was not the owner of my vehicle was allowed unsupervised access to my vehicle. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this company ever and am seeking legal recourse against them for negligence. Terrible service and a crooked company.

They do more than towing they sell used batteries and can give advice on car problems always appear polite

They stole my subs and amp... Then got froggy when I said they were missing.

I had a tenant about 7 years ago who said that they were not very honest.

I've used Fred's on three occasions, with two times for an unlock, and once for a tow. Every time, quick with a call, in advance, to explain pricing and service, confirm address and time expected. Perfect on all accounts, all three times.

My car was towed when I had gotten pulled over and they cracked my oil pan! They took responsibility for it and fixed it with no hesitation! When I picked up my car they had refunded me money I had to pay to get it out and they were extremely nice!! Thank you Fred's towing guys!! Your a blessing for sure!! :) ~Smith Family~

This company tows vehicles for Alton PD. THEN The police dep.puts a 500 hold on your vehicle, if you dont pay average of 620 dollars. The city sells your vehicle and I would assume splits the money with Freds. CROOKS IN KAHOOTS.
