I’d give 0 stars. Called to get an estimate and was met with,” who the hell knows!” I wouldn’t do businesses with people that start a conversation this way. To paint a better picture, he was on speaker phone with my 3 young children present.
Quoted 500, 800 bill walking in to pay. Truck had a water leak quarter mile after leaving that wasn't there before. Lines not tested to hold pressure. After bringing it back twice with problem he wanted to charge more for further work. Another mechanic in town told me I paid double for initial fix for radiator and hoses. Bob was nice and pleasant otherwise.
We were not from the area and had to drive a half hour back to get home. The wheel of the car felt heavy and it sounded like one of the donuts we were driving on were falling off, but it turned out to be this underside part that kept dragging across the ground.
After making a stop here, we haven’t heard the noise again.
Bob went out of his way and stayed a little later from closing time to fix something on our car. We sure appreciated that. We were not from the area and had to have it fixed.
Bob's is an Azz, or maybe a Drunk, very poor social skills if any!!! If he's as good as most people are saying, I still wouldn't pay his non customer service BAD attitude Azz for anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had a car that hadn't been driven in years that I wan't to get running so it could be sold I scheduled for Bob to come and tow it to his shop and get it running and checked to make sure it was safe to drive and sell. I liked the fact he has been in business many years so I felt comfortable with him working on a 47 year old classic car with a carburator. it is a small operation with just Bob and Sunney. it is nice to deal directly with the owner. I scheduled the tow Bob showed up as planned on time. I don't live in town so I was worried about him taking advantage of some one he may not see return for service. I feel that he did great work at a fare price

Our car broke down on a hot day, we made one call and Bob had a tow truck there within 6 minutes. It was close to closing time he still took time to checked our car out right away and had our car fixed the following afternoon. Wonderful service.

Bob once troubleshoot a stalling van for us that we had in and out the dealer several times, pouring out money with no fix. It turned out to be an intermittent fuel pump in the gas tank and Bob found it! He knows cars and will get you back on the road without delay. Bob, Sonny and crew get the job done!
I have been taking my cars and trucks to Bob and Sunny since i moved to town. They always take good care of the vehicles and try to get it done ASAP. Price has always been i felt very reasonable. Love this guys!
