Was very happy with the oil change on my vehicle. The gentleman was friendly, did great work and the pricing was very fair. I called ahead and he got me in within a half hour on a Friday morning. I would definitely recommend All Automotive.
UPDATE: THE OWNER HAS REACHED OUT AND DESPITE IT BEING 2 YEARS LATER HAS MADE IT RIGHT. VERY MUCH APPRECIATED Please keep in mind this is ONLY the Momence location. Brought my car in about 4 weeks ago for a grinding noise in the front end. He fixed it. 4 days later alternator went out. He fixed that. Then, 3 days later the throttle body light came in and she was running rough. When I picked her up, she still wouldn't start. He got it to fire and said "seems fine". Next morning it still wouldn't start. I paid $130 to tow it back over there. He said it was the fuel pump harness. He ordered the wrong part, resulting in the fuel pump having to be replaced. The next morning it still wouldn't start. I called again and he said it has to be a computer problem...good luck. Took it to another mechanic who found a part was installed incorrectly and not grounded as well as a bad radiator coil which was most likely the issue all along. Now Im having to pay hundreds of dollars for parts I didn't need in the first place. The guy is nice enough and can do an oil change just fine...but for major repairs I would NOT take it there ever again. Yes, I spoke to management and he told them several untrue things. Like he had told us monts ago that the throttle was going out. I had never spoken to this mechanic until 4 weeks ago. He said he had been working on the car for months, when in fact it had only been weeks. After swearing by this shop for 10+ years, I am more than disappointed 😞

Chris is hands down the best worker who has worked at the Momence location. Before he worked here there were so many bad employees. And sketchy ones at that, who would randomly make up stuff that was wrong with my vehicle! Chris is extremely honest & I could not recommend this place more knowing he works at this location! He will be doing all the work on my vehicles. I don’t trust anyone else!! Probably the best employee I’ve met at any of the locations!
My truck was leaking trans fluid and needed the whole rusty trans coolant line replaced . Did not take him long to figure out the problem get parts and fix the issue . Great mechanic .
Love going here. Kind and friendly, never feel over charged and I always get exactly what I need taken care of. They never try to over sell me things or talk me into getting something I don't need. Will always go here!
Very shady people and they seem like scammers :/ Had to pay way more than the norm to get it fixed and my car wasn’t even fixed right! I had to bring it somewhere else the next day. do NOT RECCOMEND !!!!
It has been years since Ive went to this shop, so when I went recently and got the terrible service I did I was suprised. The guy working there now was nowhere near good service. He was not bery helpful and deffinately overcharged me for the work done on my car. I will not recommend this place to any of my friends or family! Some of them have sadly went before I could warn them and they left unhappy with this place too. All Automotive is not the place to go!
Justin (I hope I remembered the right name) was amazing! He gave me a name of a towing company to use. He was able to get me in last minute and patch up my flat quickly. All done in plenty of time to get to work! Thank you. I will definitely recommend this place.
Another great experience at All Automotive in Momence! The technician is very personable, prompt and knowledgeable! Prices are very fair!! Will be back for service in the future.
This is my local go-to shop. They handle all my automotive repair needs. They are locally owned, very professional, thorough, conscientious at an extremely reasonable price! I feel good about leaving my car where I have a rapport based on trust.
