This place is absolutely excellent and the people here are some of the kindest dudes i’ve ever met. Got a flat outside the store, the people inside helped me get my spare on. Couldn’t appreciate someones kindness anymore then I do right now. I have had nothing less than a great experience at this store. Knowledgeable folks who get it and are willing to help and share their knowledge and advice on complex solutions that sometimes aren’t normal requests to automotive solutions. I have been able to get lawnmower parts, some motorcycle parts and other one off things related to machinery. Great service, nice people; they care and choose to help!
DO NOT go to this place if you need help, advice, or friendly service. The young boy there didn't know anything and the lady there had a bad attitude, until locals she knew came in. Worth the trip to Bourbonnais to get help and better service
Napa still has great products and are priced reasonably. Friendly, knowledgeable employees. For being in a small town this store is well stocked with needed auto parts.
