I had a dashboard light come on and Chris came out to my car and checked it with a code reader. He looked under the hood and offered good advice since there was no code. He was kind & patient with me. I wasn't charged for his help.
I don't regularly visit NAPA locations but sometimes they have parts that you just can't find anywhere else! I needed a pintle cap for a fuel injector for my 30 year old Ford truck. The injector was still good but the plastic cap at the tip had degraded and cracked. I found the caps on the NAPA website but unfortunately they would've had to be ordered and would take a few days to get in. Instead, I just ordered a new fuel injector and it was ready for pickup in a couple of hours. The fuel injector was also easily 50% less than what I saw on the AutoZone website.
Andrew is very knowledgeable and helped me resolve a year-long issue I've had with my Acura. He always attends me and never fails to go the extra mile to ensure everything is done right and correct and that is something many autoparts stores fail do nowadays. His expertise and dedication are really appreciated. I will continue to come here and use Napa as my main source of parts, highly recommend!
Went there to get hydraulic hose made. Crew was very helpful and especially Andrew who went out of his way to get what I needed

Bought a fuel shut off solenoid for a diesel. Solenoid exploded and caused a small fire . When returning to the store for a refund. No manager was present. Employees called the manager and stated that I have to wait until Monday for my money. Are we able to get parts and give them money when we feel like it? No. I spend alot of money here. I will never step foot into a napa again
Worst customer service I've EVER had never shopping there again . I needed a part to be attached to my power washing whose and they guys said No . I said charge me a service fee and he said NO so I asked can I know why not because it has been done here before and he said "because I don't want to " ridiculous!!!!!
I've been going to this Napa before when they were on 31 and since they moved and built this location, 28 years total it's now so poorly ran the counter help is absolutely horrible .
I as a 24 yr automotive technician, have given as much info as possible with every parts inquiry and it's amazing that it still gets screwed up over half of the times .
Returns and starting over on the order no remorse or empathy from their screw ups....I just don't understand how in today's business world this is standard and accepted from management.
P.s the few good parts guys they had like Brett and a few others they let them go.
I would give them a negative review if I could… Sold me the wrong battery took it back they insisted it was the correct battery with the wrong sticker on it. Then gave me a hard time about returning it. Drove around the corner to advanced got the correct battery wouldn’t you know the truck started right up… Idiots is all i can say
My friend was looking for a special spark plug socket for his Cooper. He told me that he checked all the auto parts stores and no one had it. I went to Napa and I was able to get it in 2 hr. This is what the spark plugs look like.
I ordered a hard to find vacuum online, which could be picked up in 30 minutes. When I got to the store, their computer showed 0 in stock. They searched the store, and when not able to find it, they cancelled the order. They were very helpful, and I was not surprised they didn't actually have the vacuum. About 5 minutes after I left, they called to tell me they found one vacuum that was on its way back to the warehouse. They went far out of their way to help me, and I highly recommend this Napa store.
Had a recent experience here that we'd like to share. Was in buying gear oil, wiper blades and a few other items.... they only had a couple qts of the gear oil I needed.... the gentleman behind the counter, Yoshi, was very polite and explained he could get the oil the next day... my wife and I left there and both commented that Yoshi went above and beyond and that we should leave a positive review for him and the store for helping us out and being so friendly. Thanks NAPA and Yoshi!
I love my napa store so much more then auto zone and advanced auto. They really know there stuff. I had a guy Nick Vombrack at napa. He went above and beyond to help me with some exhaust parts. He really makes a difference and his employer should be proud to have someone like that. Great employee. Saved my a ton of time and pain trying to find what I need. Thanks buddy.
An extremely nice gentleman helped me today. They didn't have the part I need for my 16 year old car, but he helped me splice a hose as at least a temporary fix until I can get to the dealer. His only charge was to pass on a good deed and I will do this in spades. I highly recommend this place and the employees!!!!
THE MACHINEST BOB TOLD ME.ONE PRICE TO HAVE MY MOTOT REBUILT. I PAID UPFRONT AND HE TRIED TO GET MORE MONEY FROM ME. EVERYTIME I WENT TO SEE PROGRESS LITTLE WAS DONE AND HE ASKED FOR MONEY. I GOT THE MOTOR BACK AFTER PAYING 50% MORE THEN HE QUOTED FOR HIS DRUG HABIT. THE MECHANIC SPOKE TO BOB ABOUT THE ENGINE SPECS AND IT WAS A SECRET WITH BOB. THE MOTOR RAN LIKE IT WASN'T RIGHT AND I ENDING UP SELLING MY DREAM CAR..
Beware if you have a part that has a core charge. Keep the box. They will not give your money back unless in original box BUT THEY SURE DON'T TELL YOU THAT AT TIME OF SALE. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN. Not any other part house cares about a box
today my wife broke down with a bad battery at the store across the street i walked a mile to get to her and indeed battery was dead , i walked across the street to get a battery and had no tools to remove and install the battery. John was working the counter sold me the battery and lent me the tools to change out the battery...what a relief that i didnt have to walk back the mile to grab a few tools..he was so helpful and fixed us up to be on our way, i hope the owner of this store and the NAPA team know what a great sales rep this man was in helping a stranded old couple get on our way ,,,, THANKS JOHN !!!! we owe yas big time...
