One of your driver's is the rudest man I've met at a truck stop. He's parked I ask him to back up a little so I can get by and he flips me off saying call my boss he won't care. Nice and professional especially with a huge name on the side of the truck.

I was impressed by how quickly they responded because I was using my Allstate roadside assistance app and located in a little town that wasn't very convenient or easy to find. They were great and Roy was able to determine why the power steering was out after a simple jump start by a friendly neighbor went wrong the night before. I was on assignment and had to leave my vehicle there the night before, and luckily I had roadside assistance so I had a guy named Stacey the night before who had to give me a ride home, about 20 miles away. Alex said he would be able to buy the part I needed and I started crying because at this point, I was exhausted and without a car, so it meant the World to me in that moment. He took it upon himself to go get the part and install it. Both Roy and Alex worked together that day to get me my car and make sure I could drive it. Roy reassured me that it was safe and just a blown fuse and Alex knocked on my front door with my keys!!

We needed our truck towed from our house in Yorkville to the dealership in Naperville for repairs. Their driver provided great, prompt service and was very friendly. I’ll use them again if the need arises.

This company has no voicemail set up to leave a message. After calling a second time (with 15 minutes or so between calls) I was met with an incredibly angry, demeaning, and unprofessional answer before I even spoke to inquire about a tow. Ridiculous way to answer a business phone. Ended up using Accurate Towing who did an exceptional, professional, and quick job.

Ended up needing a truck and trailer towed. No one else would tow us, or wanted a ridiculous amount. Caliber Towing offered a great rate and has the best customer service I've experienced with a tow truck company. I would definitely recommend anyone contact them if you need a tow.

Ray our driver was amazing! Went above and beyond what was expected! The owners should buy a guy like that lunch when they see this! Guys like him keep a business rolling! Thanks Ray!

This company helped me out immensely at 3 am with a flat tire and unable to break the overtightened lug nuts on my tire, someone came out in 20 minutes. He expertly got them off then I was able to be on my way to work. I highly recommend them they are very professional and efficient.

Called Caliber for a tow they showed up very promptly. Made sure i had a ride to my intended destination before leaving me and towed my xlg Suv without a scratch. There shop figured out the problem and even fixed it. I just picked it up the next morning and drove on to work. The best darned towing guys I've ever come acrass. Thanks Andy & crew, what a great bunch of guys! Highly recommended. 5 stars

Got my lancer evolution 8 hauled . Driver Collin helped me push out of storage unit and got on flat bed safe and sound. Nice guy and the company sounds great, with happy drivers . Nice trucks. Price was better than other companies I called. Strongly recommend this company for all your tow needs. Thanks 🙏🏼

Excellent Tow Company!! 5 Stars isn’t enough. Was waiting for another tow company (Axell) which said they’d be there in 30 mins, an hour later still waiting. Called Caliper Towing said they could be there in 20 mins, 20 mins later they were there!!!! Dustin the tow guy had my truck hooked up and on the road in no time. Very professional and knew what he was doing. Can’t Thank Caliper Towing and of course Dustin enough for making a miserable day end better. Thank You Again Guys!! Your number is locked in My phone if ever I or anybody I know needs your service!!!

I was stuck this weekend with this terrible blizzard and they were there right away. I ended up getting out, but I appreciated them being prompt and willing to help. They were going to come right back for me if I was unsuccessful.

Worst snowstorm in years, my sister got stuck in a ditch, and their driver was being dispatched before I even hung up the phone. She was back on the road in less than half an hour. I highly recommend Caliber Towing.

Fantastic service ! Had a commercial truck break down and I called Caliber and they were able to come and tow it in one hour if my call ! And at a great price. AWESOME provider of towing services! Stranded on a dark roadway in below-freezing weather, I appreciate this small business answered my call outside of normal business hours and when most people were sleeping. Andrew was very friendly and quite efficient (20 years of experience!) My old timey Corvette is quite low and a pain to service or tow. Andrew picked it up and placed it INSIDE my garage with skill. The price was much lower than expected too! Thank YOU for a job well done!

I cannot say enough about how professional, responsible and kind Caliber was in getting my car to my mechanic. On the coldest night in over 20+ years they were prompt and courteous. Their price was also reasonable compared to other towing companies researched. I would highly recommend Justin and Andrew for towing needs.

My mechanic uses this company and had my car towed today. They were nice and patient while on the phone. Answered questions I had with no attitude and called me when they were at my car, to make sure I was dropping my keys off to my mechanic later. They honestly helped with the stress of my car breaking down. Would recommend.

Terrible service, told me my Moms car would be towed last night, owner said it was delivered this morning, body shop said it was later in the day. Insurance assessor was given bad info. Needless to say the price ranges regardless of police contracted prices were a RIP off and negotiated anyway?? Truth or dishonest? Lastly I heard in on all the conversations behind the calls with the F bombs dropped between staff. Poor working relations and a sense of mistrust and helplessness. Sorry guys this is how it went down.

I was in a bind with my first ever flat tire with no spare. Great service and trustworthy. Price was same from quote and super nice driver. Didn't wait long (about 30 minutes), no issues.

Always fast, fair prices, and reliable at all hours. Tire flew off my car on i80 at 4am and came to the rescue. Didn't cause any extra damage to my car unlike some other companies who would off (low front bumper and was on ground with no front tire)

Complete garbage. How hard is it to schedule a tow, show up at the scheduled time and tow a truck?? Calls me an hour early then is super rude I'm not available in 7 minutes then plain doesn't show up at all. HORRIBLE

Caliber always takes good care of me! If it's a jump start, breakdown or even a relocate to store a classic car. I know I can trust them as I've watched them every time they tow for me. The rates are more then fair and always prompt on their time promise.

These guys ripped me off, i got into a bad accident and they came and took my car, and after i gave them the title to my car, they still charged me 150 dollars for the tow! These guys will rip you off and pressure you to pay them! AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS

Did they get to my house in a timely manner yes. Did they take it where it had to go yes. Did they have my permission to tow it no! I had roadside assistance plan for $100 they charged me an additional fee of $100 that I said if you are going to charge me that then don't tow my truck and I was told but the driver don't worry about. You can take that two ways, I'm not towing it or you are going to be charged extra. I said ok cool if you are not going to charge me $4 a mile then go ahead and tow it. When I picked up my truck from the dealer I had received an $100 bill for the tow. I was told if I didn't pay the money that they were going to impound my truck and charge me $1500 to get it back!!! What a bunch on low end jerks!!!!!!!! Talk about kicking a person when they are down.........
