The Young guy gave me the wrong brake pads. I gave him my correct car information and I told him when I seen the brake pads they were not right. He looked in a computer and said yes they are right when I got to my mechanic I was told they were the wrong Brake pads. I took them back to the store for a refund and explain what happened. There was absolutely no apologies or compassion at all in regards to their mistake. The staff needs to be Trained better.
Great place for parts my number 1 guy to go to Adan always takes time to make sure one way or the other we find the parts I need .
owning a fleet is not an easy task but having the right people to help you find parts makes a big difference always thinking outside the box to keep me moving. Over all hands down great service.

This Aurora O’Reilly location needs some serious training in customer service! After failing to address the brake drums we dropped off and having to pick them back up to take them somewhere else, their employee was beyond rude to my senior citizen husband accusing my husband of “copping an attitude“ just for asking about getting his brake drums from the back. There was more, but this kind of verbal attack towards anyone, let alone a senior citizen, is unacceptable!
Horrible customer service. Tried calling to check on an order and was on hold for ever. Someone came to the phone every 2 minutes stating I'm caller number one please hold. After 15 minutes, I gave up and hung up. Went to pick up the order yesterday, but it wasn't ready. Decided to call today and all I got was please hold. This is unacceptable!
Genaro was incredible with helping me today and truly went above and beyond. I needed a bulb replaced for my headlights and when I was unsure what bulb I needed, Genaro went outside to personally check himself in the freezing cold. He immediately found the headlight I needed and ultimately replaced it for me, again, in the freezing cold. Amazing customer service and he single handedly assured that I wont be shopping at any other auto parts store in the future. Thanks a ton Genaro!
