Scott did a fantastic job !!! He was very courteous and cautious. I would definitely want him again if ever I needed a tow in the future.

I called nervous and scared as my car was over heating and they were very nice. Ran my card right away and sent me an email for my insurance company and even gave me a ride back to where my car was being dropped off at. Driver was very kind and the service was fast. They were able to get to me in 30 mins and my car towed and on our way within ten.

I’m a Amazon delivery driver that got stuck and Mr.Rile came in effortlessly, efficient and very kind hard worker made me feel better about getting stuck in the snow??

On top of turning the key and charging $85 there was a SERVICE FEE. I was in the Midwest hospital parking lot. Never again

Is the road service was very professional the mechanic came out was very friendly courteous. He wasn’t able to fix my truck on the side of the road, but he did get me rolling and I went to a shop. Very nice people there. I would highly recommend using the service company

I was stuck at the scenic overlook. I called AAA who contacted Guys towing. They did a fantastic job. Grant was my driver and he was professional and meticulous with my car.

Ball joint on my car broke last winter. They were very polite and professional. The man on the phone was calm and was glad to explain how they operate while we waited for the truck. Once the truck arrive the driver was friendly and took time and care to not cause further damage to my vehicle. Hopefully I never have to, but if I ever need a tow again Guy's will be my first choice. Also they offer fair and affordable prices! I would highly recommend to anyone who's in need of a fantastic towing service.

Got in an accident May 10th, Jo Davies county sheriffs office never told us on scene who was hauling or who was towing. We asked if it could get towed to our residence and were told no due to insurance investigations. Enter Guys towing; We are called On the 28th about our car, finally being told where it is and that they have it. This is the first were hearing about its location from anyone on either side. Regardless, were told the holding fee is still valid and that its going to cost $1200 for the release. Already having an issue i was asked how i was getting it out, i told them i was going to have AAA come and grab it when it was said to me "i don't think they will come to this yard to get it". i Felt i was being pressured to use their towing service to move the car, as if it was the only way. Well, inquiring about a tow from galena Illinois to Dubuque Iowa being 180$ extra. Ridiculous. Absolute price scammers, check yelp reviews as well. There are some serious reasons to avoid towing companies like this.

Called for a tow, hung up on me after I gave my card information. I was expected to wait outside at my car the whole time & asked him if he could just call when here. 30 minutes later I call back & they still haven’t left (said he’d leave in about 10 more minutes) $95 in-town tow for 2 minutes down the street.

Tim the tow truck driver was absolutely wonderful. The office staff was great as well. Thank you for coming to our rescue Tow Man Tim on that frigid night.

Great service. Stranded 2.5 hrs from home on a Sunday morning. Hauled me and my hoopdie all the way home as I napped in the passenger's seat (sawing logs, no doubt! ?)

Called at 915 on a Sunday night. Ben picked up immediately and was incredible. My girlfriend was broken down right in front of their yard. Quoted me an hour. Tim was there in 35 minutes. All around exceptional professionalism. Very good price for being late Sunday night.

I just had a hydraulic motor installed on my truck, they went the extra mile and found a few things that needed work, affordable, professional, and trustworthy, and in the semi truck world a must.

My daughter was in an accident on blackjack road going to work (at 1030 am). it took a couple hours for the tow truck to get there. the officer that sat there with us for an hour and half said the tow truck got stuck on a hill and that's what the issue was. when the driver finally got there called them probably about 1130 finally got a call at 2 o'clock saying they were by the resort and would be there shortly. Then took them maybe 40 mins to pull her car out of the ditch and load it on and drop it off 8 miles down the road from where we were. and got charged 390.00! Said they charge per hour and gave me a discount of 20.00 an hour i guess since he got stuck it's my fault? will not be calling guys again for any services.

We had a flat tire while out on the highway near Galena. It was dark and cold. After spending more than an hour trying to use 2 different roadside emergency assistance locator services, we found this listing and call Guy's ourselves. They sent Evan who arrived within 30 minutes of our call. He worked hard under horrible conditions and got us on our way. I can't say enough about how much we appreciated this company and its employees. Thank you Guy's!!

We were in town for the weekend and our truck broke down. We called Ben at Guy's, he sent Matt with a tow truck to pick up our vehicle. These guys took very good care of us. Had us back on the road in no time. Good guys and very good at what they do. We highly recommend them!!

I don't think I have enough good things to say about this business and Ben the guy that helped us. My tire blewout so I was stuck. Ben got there within the time he told me on the phone. I have difficulty standing and getting up in general so getting into Ben's truck was hard until he offered me help. He told me about someone he knew had the struggles I did so he understood me and didn't pity me. He got me and my vehicle to where we could get a replacement tire. Along the way he kept my mood high telling me stories and asking me some questions. Great guy. If I manage to get stuck again I'll be calling Guy's.
