Went in to for a simple rear windshield wiper blade replacement. Mike said he could do it - that he had done it a lot at his previous job. He then proceeded to break the entire arm. He did offer to replace the arm but insisted he could also put the arm on. If he couldn't change the wiper blade, what made him think I would trust him to replace the arm? His attitude was negative and condescending from the beginning telling me I wasn't listening to him- listening to him is what got me in this situation to begin with. I am taking my vehicle to the dealer to have it done correctly. Management is willing to pay for the arm but have yet to commit to the labor. Neither my husband nor I will ever give them our business again. Oh, yes, and nice way to treat a Vietnam Veteran Purple Heart recipient.
I appreciate the store Caleb took Great care of my older mother. I live in Utica Ohio, and she lives in Carrollton Illinois. She has no one around her to help her in these circumstances. But I was able to make a call communicate what we needs. We have a professional garage account. Caleb stepped up and took Such good care of her. Thank you for Hiring such an outstanding man.
Well, let's just say my 16 hr road trip came with some fun speed bumps. No tools with me or anything, so I knew I had to tear it apart where I could get tools and parts that I would need. Well, pulled in at 8:02 a.m. and was done doing my wheel bearing with time to spare for the wedding I was in town for. If it wasn't for Logan and Josh being so helpful, I don't know what I would have done. Thank you guys for being so chill! (I'm really bad with names, but I believe those are accurate.)

Good place to get auto parts on hand, they can also order parts in quickly. General assistance/knowledge depends upon the staff working, but in generally it's good help.
Usually have what I need. Oil is overpriced, Walmart is close to $10 cheaper for the 5 quart jugs. Like the fact I can recycle oil here, same as Auto Zone and Advanced.
