My battery died the end of May while moving my mother into a nursing home. Although I have AAA, they did not have anyone available to come and replace my battery. After spending more than 90 minutes trying to locate a AAA contractor, I finally settled on having the battery jumped and then drove directly to Auto Zone. They were FANTASTIC! Although the battery connections were badly corroded and the battery was extremely difficult to get to, they realized how desperate I was (I live 55 miles away!) and they persevered. There were three VERY kind and helpful employees that helped out that day and I was so appreciative of them. I highly recommend this Jerseyville Auto Zone! Thank you for being there on a tough day.
Called to get help locating a part, this auto zone was the only location and company who couldn't assist me with the information I had. Every single store I called had no issue locating the part I needed. The lady who answered the phone didn't seem concern at all with not assisting me. Definitely will be done using AutoZone.
Today I bring in my battery exchanges to buy new batteries. Older man says he wont accept any. What? I drove 10 miles into Jerseyville and he wont sell me the new batteries over $1000.00 . He is crazy and cost business. I drove to O'Reillys to get my new batteries. These were for my farm
ing. I had bought well over $ 500.00 in batteries in 2 months. You 'd better tell him either sell batteries or hit the pavement.This not drop and collect program.
Parts and selection were great but some of the staff minus the shorter manager women acted like they could care less she however was excellent and knowledgeable about everything
Customer service was very accommodating when my parts weren't available they delivered the next day. Very pleasant experience. They also have a code reader if you don't know why you check engine light is on they'll tell ya for free.
Scott at Autozone went out of his way to replace a windshield wiper for us in rainy weather. We appreciated this very much. He was very courteous and helpful.
friendly service but the only reason why its not 5 stars is they never have anything in stock. Always have to wait a day or two. Besides that Its not bad.
I like AutoZone. Hubby prefers O'Reilly's, they were higher on the item we needed though and were going to charge us for a "special order" even though it would have come directly to the store. No one charges shipping when it's coming directly to the store!
I'm here all the time. All the employees are friendly and know what they are talking about. Pretty decent rewards program. The manager Scott is a great guy.
Staff is friendly enough. I can say that previous visits I get more attention...customer service. Today, I had to ask for help and they weren't certain as to products to recommend.
Battery was dead in the van right before we were leaving for a trip. Walk in bought a battery and they put it in for me. They made a bad situation go smooth.
Overall I'm usually a fan of AutoZone locations but this jerseyville one is the worst. I went in there about 2 weeks ago to purchase a right upper front arm for mycharger long story short she was worried from the time I made the phone call to the time I walked out the door at 5:00 till 9:00.there's also been plenty of other times on multiple occasions where other employees have just been annoyed acted like they were bothering them by asking them questions so I don't think I'll be going back to this AutoZone there's an O'Reilly's right here in in town where you get way better service so I recommend anyone who needs a car part in town too go there because you will not be happy with the service you get at the jerseyville AutoZone .
The gentleman was helpful and patient. He also helped me thoroughly understand what the code on my car meant, how it worked, and where to go for further assistance... I love auto zone because of their friendly staff.
I walked into the store no other customers inside 3 people are working including included the manager. Needed help on a brake line I had it with me it's something that nobody carries because the car is so old. But I know that they do make them and they made it for other cars later on. So I asked the manager if you could maybe match it up for me. He said no way I need a partner number . Could you try try. His answer was no. So I went to O'Riley's auto parts store. I walked into that store it was busy as can be. it was my turn the guy said sure I'll take a look can't promise anything but I'll take a look so he came back he had something that would work perfectly and I thanked him now that's service at an auto store. That's how to treat a customer at a Auto Parts store I'll be back again and thanks again. So from now on O'Reilly's Auto Parts store in my store
Best Autozone I have ever been to. The staff always go out of their way to get me what I need, always a pleasure doing business with them!! Highly recommend them for all your autoparts needs!!!
