Don't know much about car parts but I know when I have a headlight out and where to get them. Auto Zone will change them and so will NAPA they also will change windshield wipers
My most recent experience was positive.
The visits purpose was to purchase a 10mm ratcheting wrench. I was hoping to find just a single tool instead of a set, but having a set is better than nothing at all.
The store is very clean and organized, and the employee that was in the building at the time was professional.
Like any autozone, they were friendly and were patient with people in line. Unlike other autozone stores I've been to, they didn't offer to help put on new wiper blades for my wife. I have no problem putting them on, I've just always thought it was a courtesy thing for them to install them for you.
My husband and I ordered a part at the beginning of April, they said the part would be in by Wednesday (We ordered it late Sunday so I figured it would be a few days). Wednesday came, they did have the part! We went to pick up the part and it was the wrong one! So we let him know and he was nice to cover the extra fees of the part because of the mix up...he also said the truck will be there 8AM the next day so my husband went up there...nothing. Then he called a few days later...NOTHING. He said the truck did not show up yet he would call us when it did! So we waited until end of APRIL and just went there today. The part was there...no call! To look in the box and see ONCE AGAIN it was the wrong part ordered!! So my husband asked for a refund to order it somewhere else...you would think the money he put down they would give him a FULL REFUND because of the trouble and waiting for A MONTH and wasting gas going there multiple times but nope! I would never go with this company ever again ESPECIALLY at this location!! You have one job to do and they cannot order a part obviously!
Good auto parts store, usually friendly and helpful employees. Good warentees on there parts, never had a problem returning or exchanging a part if it does fail.
This chain store has a good variety of items in the store to purchase. If you are looking for a particular vehicle part, the friendly staff uses their computers facing the customer to find your part at a good price. They also offer ad matching.
Was really busy when i went in. So there was a wait as to be expected. Then the credit card reader crashed. Most of the team seemed to handle it very well and tryed to adress the issue and still take care of the customer. Ronie however was ignorant and rude the entire time i was in there. Befor the crash even happened. Had it not havr been for his attitude the experience wouldnt have been a bad one.
