The devices put on my Tahoe seems to be working okay so far. I am not happy with the mess they left on my drivers side floor, they left plastic scrap and rocks and wire wraps strippings all left for me to clean up.
Everyone was nice, mechanics did a fine job. I have no complaints about the service.
I had a Toyota car a few years ago and I was always impressed with their customer care. Whenever I had work done to the car, it got a car wash. That’s the reason for a 4 and not a 5. It’s the small things that make a business special.

Excellent service as usual. Except today I’m on crutches and didn’t have to open a door and was escorted as I walked to the waiting area for my safety. After my service I couldn’t find my vehicle. I received an unnecessary apology for not telling me the keys were in the vehicle in the inside service area so I did not have to navigate the icy parking lot.
None of this was required but it was greatly appreciated by an older man on crutches. I’ll be back

My small family came from out of state and had a car battery emergency our car battery was literally smoking and about to blow they helped us out right away Doug and all the staff were amazing and talked us through what was happening and fixed it for us even though they were very busy thank you to all the staff and mechanics who save us and our car

Satisfied with my transmission fluid service. My Cadillac is shifting better. Wish it didn’t cost so much, but it was a job I couldn’t do myself so that’s just how it is I guess.

Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. They reaffirmed my notion that previous tire rotation by another dealer was not being performed properly, causing chop/ uneven wear on my Wrangler 35k mi tires. On that regularly scheduled (previous) maintenance I asked them to check why there was so much tire noise & they analyzed it as "aggressive" tires, when in fact it was due to always rotating front to back instead of criss-cross.
