Needed pads and rotors for one of my vehicles Allan was very kind and helped me find what I needed. New favorite parts store!

I was very pleasantly surprised with how accommodating the fine people at this O’reillys were to me. As someone who is not well versed in vehicle maintenance, they took me step by step on what exactly I needed. Huge shout-out to Citialii and Jesus for their help.

Camilo the store manager is outstanding. He was able to answer all my questions and even did the wiper blade install himself in terrible weather conditions. Thanks again! 10/10 customer service.

I came in to have my battery tested and was greeted when I walked in the door. Kevin who checked my battery was polite and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this store to my family and friends

This store employs young boys 19 that don't know jack came in looking for antifreeze for my jeep commander he looks on his computer and I was skeptical of him sure enough should have went with my instincts and left however he assured me he knew about cars he gives me dexcool after I put it in my mechanic told me wrong stuff too late now I have to pay for a radiator flush if you don't know what you are talking about you shouldn't be working there!

I’ve been to Westmont twice now and both times I’ve had to rely on the great crew at this Oreillys to get home without a tow truck. Was overheating and thought it was a problem with the fans not turning on. After a short discussion and some outdoor troubleshooting assistance we found a small leak at the thermostat from a recent repair. I bought the whole inventory of Prestone antifreeze, determined to make the trip home without a tow. Fortunately I made the trip without incident. These are a smart, helpful bunch of guys.

I had such amazing service from ALEX !!!!!!! I went for wiper blades and he was so patient and polite. He installed them for me even though it was a difficult task. Great young man.....

These guys were able to get the part I needed on the same day, where All other major outlets and Online vendors were 2-3 days. Friendly staff and quick service.

I have never met someone with better customer service than Issac! Even at 8:57pm he sounds happier than ever to assist any customers needs! Awesome work. O’Reillys is blessed to have him apart of their team.

Trying to get parts from someone who identified himself as the manager. Had my account number and address and he lied and told me my business address was wrong. Then he said ,"anyone can look up an address on the internet" so I asked him,"then why are you asking me for an address if anyone can look it up on the internet? " I don't think he was rational enough to see my point. I'm not sure what his purpose was in questioning a commercial account I've used for years.

With a plethora of automotive parts dealers along Ogden Avenue, it may be easy to overlook O’Reilly Auto Parts in Westmont. I suggest you don’t. Great service, great people, and great advice on how to have your vehicle running in top notch condition. I was pressing my luck with a battery that died, not once, but twice on me in the most recent cold spell. They tested it, confirmed it needed to be replace, and replaced it for me!

My wife and I would like to thank Stacey and Isaac for their professional attitude and helpful service at the Oden Ave O’reilly’s auto parts store.

Everyone I have ever delt with inside the store has been very knowledgeable and very helpful. It's a clean store, prices are good.

The guy that answered the phone sounded like he just got out of bed he mumbled at me for a few minutes and then hung up on me. Nice, this is the guy I would not want representing my company.

I'm lucky if I even get a "hello" at my local Oriellys but I had a great experience at this location. I was helped by a younger guy, I believe his name was Adam. As soon as I walked in the store and went to the wiper section he said he'd be right with me to help me pick out some wipers. He knew info about a sale and shared his thoughts on the wiper brands. Very helpful!

Always helpful... But they don't order in extra for their good sales.. (Mobil 1 Oil this month) & run out quickly... ..

I want to shout out thank you to "E" (sorry, I didn't catch her full name). On a wintry-icy day Nov 19th, my windshield wiper snapped off at home and somehow, I drove to work. O'Reilly auto parts was right around the corner - yes! After a smile & immediately helping me find the right replacement blade and a "de-icer" fluid. She then came outside and even tho I had lost the screw, she fixed the problem so I could immediately use the wiper...amazing customer service- THANK YOU! I will be back :)

Helpful and customer and oriented. Matt let me use his $5 off coupon. Had the stuff I needed and worked with me great experience!
