I can't thank the Wreck Room enough for their work. I really had no hope that my 3 year old Kia would be fixable after my accident. I was also skeptical of anyone fixing a matte car to pre accident condition. To say that wreck room exceeded my expectations is an understatement. Not only did they fix the car , it looks and drives as if it were brand new! They matched the matte paint so well you would never think it was new or replaced pieces. I will forever take my car and future cars to the Wreck room for repairs. They were reasonable priced and their work speaks for itself. Thank you so much!

Amazing work! Very clean space and friendly owners too. This place came recommended by the previous owner of my home via chip bag clip so when my car got hit I gave them a shot. My SUV looks like nothing happened. They brought it back to me better than I gave it to them, inside and out. Highly recommend. Price was reasonable and process was very fast.
Had numerous door dings which were repaired via pantless dent repair and a section of rust which was replaced with metal patch and painted which matched flawlessly.

I chose Wreck Room after hitting a deer and they were one of the highest rated, family run shops in my area. They did a great job getting my 2024 CRV looking brand new and even did a deep clean on the inside prior to pick up. Someone ran into my brand new Honda CR-V on Feb 4th and broke the grill and damaged the bumper. I called my Honda dealer to see who they recommended to do the repair, and without hesitation I was told The Wreck Room. I met Don & Bob, they were friendly, professional and worked directly with State Farm which I appreciated the ease of everything. I picked it up today Feb 27th and thrilled to have my brand-new car, looking brand new again!

Everyone I met at the shop was kind and welcoming. When I picked up my vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised to find it cleaned inside and out—something I definitely wasn't expecting. Bob was very open and informative with the process and the issues he saw with the repair and what could happen with the insurance negotiations. They made great repairs and even when a window was not quite right when I got it back They were happy to have me come back and get it fixed at no additional cost.
My accident happened on 9/12. I was devastated already and had my insurance tow it to the dealer I’ve purchased 4 vehicles from. I’ve always had service done through this dealer. After 3 1/2 weeks of the dealer doing nothing to my vehicle, I painfully decided to send it to another body shop. Thinking I would be waiting for weeks again, The Wreck Room completed the repairs in a week. They were really nice and they knew I had a horrible experience with the dealership. They took care of me and my vehicle is back whole again. Excellent work and were very sensitive to my frustration. They finished early. I highly recommend The Wreck Room. We’ve originally chosen The Wreck Room Inc. because it is a Nissan certified collision center and has great reviews. From the moment we walked in we were treated respectfully, professionally, and honestly. They took care of everything for us and we got our car back practically as good as the first day we bought it. They’ve kept us in the loop throughout the entire process and completed the work in a timely fashion. We’d like to especially thank Bob for doing such a great job. We strongly recommend!
Just picked up my 2023 Chevy Malibu as someone backed into it, crushing the passenger front door. I knew I selected the right place and I am super pleased with their quality of work and quick turn around time! It’s like it never happened and the staff Bob was very responsive and preordered the parts and was fully prepared for my arrival. Also the painter did an absolutely amazing job!!! From the moment I dropped my keys off I knew my truck was in good hands. Wes was attentive to the issues I was explaining with my vehicle and assured me he would have them taken care of. From start to finish it was seamless and their website gave me updates through out the process which I appreciated! I felt like I picked up a brand new vehicle when they were done with the repairs. Repaired, detailed and drove off the lot feeling proud of my vehicle and no longer embarrassed by its previous state. Highly recommended.
They are professionals, I like the fact that my car looks like new again! I believe they need help in the front customer service, because they are very busy. But they exceded my expectations!
I heard some decent reviews so I decided to try them out when the bumpers of my Honda Fit were damaged. They were helpful, knowledgeable, able to help me through the repair and insurance processes and I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. There was maybe one time they didn’t return a call but hardly worth mentioning given the quality of service otherwise.
My car was rear ended. I took my car to The Wreck Room. They did a great job. It looks like the accident never happened. They kept me updated. Everyone was considerate.
