Do not take your vehicle there, had to pay $400 and truck is still not fixed. The way I took my vehicle there is the way I received it back and still out of $400. It’s a guessing game with them and it costs you.
Got my jeep serviced for an oil change and tire rotation, great people and business would highly highly recommend! Christine was a huge help! Ask for her!!!
This is the place to go for any parts and services related to all older jeep vehicles! They have been in business a long time because they know jeeps snd excellent customer service . Highly recommend!!
Great shop for us jeepers. The owner John is a old jeep guru he was raised with them as far as I'm concerned he knows everything about Willy's jeep and all the other vehicles willys made. His shops rates are very good. Very friendly shop. 5 stars
Not a good service for me had and an oil leak on my jeep.Marc said he fixed it , brought it back there twice.. they never got back to me after it was still not fixed, after several calls. I ended up paying for the the same oil leak job somewhere else..
Friendly, honest, fair! A range of great vehicles. Excellent service. (Maintenance, repair and/or upgrade.) Long term excellence, I've been buying Jeeps, cars and service there for my family there since 1977.
I dropped by Jeep off at Lou's on short notice due to some type of oil leakage. My driveway was starting to look like the Exxon Valdez dropped anchor on it, so I knew I had a problem. Lou's not only accepted my Jeep without an appointment, but repaired my Jeep's oil problem (replaced the valve gaskets) as well as a couple of other less intrusive problems all within 24 hours. I was pleased not only with the quick service, but also with the very reasonable price. And, best of all, my driveway is now oil-free.
Totally disagree with Sam Isleib. This place has been in business for 70+ years. If anyone knows their Jeeps, it's the people at Lou's. They are very honest, fair and always go the distance to make sure their customers are satisfied. They sell used Jeeps, not new so if you want something new, find a new Jeep dealer and cough up some dough for a brand new Jeep that won't get the mileage like the old ones did.
Lou's Jeep gave me one of the BEST car buying experiences I've ever had. I was hesitant at first to even stop by their lot because they don't have a website to view their inventory, but I had heard excellent reviews by word of mouth from family and friends so I stopped in. And I was not disappointed! I had visited countless other lots to test drive potential new cars and EVERY TIME I was met with lies, mechanically unreliable cars, and pushy sales staff. At Lou's however, I was treated like family. From the women who handle the clerical work, to Dave the sales manager, to the service manager Mike. Everyone was fantastic. I test drove one car and bought it two hours later. They made price negotiation a breeze. I got my jeep for well under market price. And the few repairs that the jeep did need were fixed promptly and affordably the same day. Anyone who is looking to purchase a jeep or to get repairs done in general, check out Lou's. You won't be disappointed! I am a happy customer and will gladly return to them for repeat business for years to come.
