Very nice and helpful staff. I came home past 7 to find out my wife’s car died. By the time I got it jumped and was able to get to O’reilly, it was 30 minutes to close.
I let them know I needed a new battery and installation. They were very happy to help and did not act at all put out or inconvenienced by my request.
I know I was in the wrong and was very glad they were so eager to help. I would to commend Jakob and I believe Lou for being so very helpful and accommodating. I would shop here again for my automotive needs for sure.
EXCELLENT experience! Of course my battery had to die on a bitter cold day. And, by the time we got to the store, it was well past dark. But the elements and lack of sunshine did not stop O’Reilly! Fantastic customer service throughout the not so simple installation. THANK YOU!!! If I could, I’d give 10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️
Wow, what an experience! I had the pleasure of having Jacob do a battery exchange on my car. His professional attitude and knowledge of the right parts needed was a much needed change from the previous experience I've had at the other competitors. I highly recommend his services and please give this man a raise! I will be back and be sure to tell all my family to go here.
Sales person was very helpful finding the correct bulbs for my 1991 car.
He went out to parking lot to pull out my bulb to make sure he ga e me the correct part.
I wanted to write a review and give a huge shoutout to Cristian at store #4881 and Jakob at store #5765.
A few weeks ago, my battery died and these gentlemen helped me get back up and running in no time!
Jakob and Cristian had amazing customer service, they were extremely knowledgeable, and they helped me find the right parts for my car including some additional items I purchased as well.
Jakob installed a new battery in my car in 100 degree heat. Huge shoutout and thank you!

No customer service, will not shop here again. Was charged for the incorrect product, the next day I went back and alerted the "Manager" Raul, who said the cost I was showing him was the online order price. Showed him the shelf price (same as the online price). He said I still had to order it online to get that price. I just returned the original item, pulled the same item off the shelf and purchased it from the other cashier at the shelf/online price. He really had no intention of helping.
Bought a battery from them. Easy, service was good, AND they didn’t even try to upsell me, which is the usual at O’reilly. I am super thankful for that, because it’s a bad business model to force employees to upsell and preys on an uninformed shopper. Unfortunately, I can’t in good conscious give anything higher than 2 stars, since there was a sign on the door stating that this location (and I’m sure 99% of other locations) was open for multiple holidays. Corporate greed runs far in this country and we shouldn’t support those businesses until they learn otherwise. You can also go buy batteries from the dealer for half the cost of their batteries, you’ll just be missing out on OAP’s warranty system. Truly baffling that nearing 2025, this company can’t get it together and give their employees a simple day off to be with their family.
Ordered something that said was available and could be delivered to the store next day at 8am. Call at 8:30 because didn't hear anything, call back at 9:30 and they tell me that they didn't have any to ship, would be a 3 day wait. Waste of time
Didn't purchase anything but my truck battery died in the best bugly parking lot next door. The employees were very friendly and helpful, loaning me their tools and helping me with getting a jump to get the truck home.
I called several auto parts stores in our area to help with a battery and this place was not only "over the top" helpful, but knowledgable and professional. I chose them over more convenient local stores and glad I did. Highly recommend.
I've purchased a few things at this location and every employee I've interacted with has been helpful and professional. I'm completely lost when it comes to cars so I often ask dumb questions about the install process of whatever I'm buying. They've always answered my questions and point me in the right direction. I don't even call around anymore to price compare with other auto stores in the area. I go here for everything I need.
I couldn’t believe that the staff was not masked this morning nor where any customers other than myself. When I asked about masking I was told “yea we don’t in force it”. BELIEVABLE!!! Do your part O ‘Reilly mask up wish I could leave a negative star.
I wanted to start with... amazing management and customer service skills from mike. He helped me out so much with my bmw and was able to guide me in the right direction every time I came in. He helped me return a part that was used and gave me no troubles. This is the type of customer service and management you are looking for when spending a lot of money on your vehicles. Thank you mike and I will be coming back to this store every time for my vehicle needs.
The worst customer service in the world! Nick, the store manager, can NOT order the correct parts to save his life. Been through the run around on every part I order through them and their all wrong! Take the extra drive to St. Charles store their usually competent. I will be taking my commercial business elsewhere!

Lily and Robert were amazing today! Helped me get my car in winter shape with new battery, de-icer, side mirror and windshield cover. Shocked they're not busier - so kind, good at what they do w/free replacements plus tests & tips. Thank you for keeping me on the road!
Very helpful. The not only checked my battery for a charge, they checked it for leaks... and let me use there wash room to clean up when battery acid was found.
