I am writing to express my significant concern and considerable frustration regarding an unaddressed vehicle repair covered by my extended warranty, purchased from your establishment. On July 26, 2025, I acquired a 2018 Dodge Caravan, from your dealership, with Mr. Kenny serving as my sales representative. At the time of purchase, I also invested in an extended warranty, specifically for peace of mind and reliable service should any issues arise. We had an issue about 2 months after we purchased the van, so we brought the van in for inspection & Jamie your mechanic and your staff was quick in getting an approval from the extended warranty and the van was repaired. Regrettably, 2 months later we had another issue, we stopped by and spoke to Jamie, he was extremely busy, but took a couple minutes to tell us the issue and told us to bring it back the next morning and he would handle getting the approval. We showed up and there was no approval, so when the office opened, we called in and were told we would get a call back & that never happened. We called back 2-3 more times, messages were left and not returned. This was extremely frustrating. This prolonged delay and severe lack of communication are not only incredibly inconvenient but also deeply concerning. It directly contradicts the trust and confidence I placed in your dealership when making such a significant purchase and investing in your extended warranty. I sincerely hope this reflects an isolated lapse in your customer service standards, rather than a regular occurrence. I urgently request your immediate intervention to resolve this matter. Please provide a definitive timeline for when my Dodge Caravan's repair will be scheduled, along with confirmation that all internal procedures are now correctly in place to ensure a smooth service process. I expect to receive a comprehensive update and a scheduled appointment as soon as possible. I look forward to your prompt and effective resolution of this critical issue. Steve

My father and I purchased a 2013 Mazda 3 and well our experience was mixed. I'll start with the positives, Jake was kind and respectful at first and let us test drive it and the car drove nicely and smoothly. However, when it came to negotiating, we could tell that he really didn't want to which is to be expected but we felt some attitude coming from the salesman but in the end, they gave into our desired price but they did charge us a DOC fee which Jake said all dealerships are required to charge this fee but in the past, we bought a Honda Civic and weren't charged this fee at all. Then while we were going through the process, I gave him my license for the paperwork and instead of handing it back to me, he just tossed it onto the table while looking annoyed which I didn't like at all. Also, it seemed like we were getting dirty looks from the other workers. Then some issues started to appear, one light inside the car just doesn't turn on, the horn stopped working out of nowhere, and the biggest one which annoys me the most is that whenever I brake, the headlights start flashing which is really annoying to be honest. So overall, just be careful when you come to this dealership, make sure you really go over everything when you test drive it and bring it up when negotiating!

There is no option for zero star ratings. I purchased my 2018 lincoln mkc on 11/28/2025. I complained of the smell of antifreeze at the test drive. As well as mis firing during the test drive. Sam, the agent said he would have the car serviced and checked out. I came back to test drive the same lincoln mkc. I was told the vehicle had no issues and passed the illinois vehicle inspection. I still smelled antifreeze. I was told it was the cleaning chemicals when the car was detailed. I purchased the vehicle. Cash. I drove almost home and the check engine light came on. I brought the vehicle back to Ultimate Motors more than 5 times. One of those times I was told that I had to pay for the vehicle mis firing. I paid $140 to have 4 spark plugs changed. They were the wrong spark plugs for the vehicle. I took the vehicle to my mechanic 3-4 times in the process and was told that antifreeze is leaking into the engine. This vehicle stalled to start and smoked from the tail pipes. Turns out, the vehicle needs a whole new engine costing more than $5500. I called Ultimate Motors and was told that "unfortunately" they can't help because I did not purchase the additional warranty. I have had this vehicle for less than 90 days. The manager also refusedt o give me his name..My mechanic is willing to testify as this is and was a pre existing issue prior to sale. This vehicle is currently sitting in my parking lot and does not start. Its DEAD! Do not buy from this place. No accountability. No acknowledgement

Bo Made me the happiest man alive from as soon as I walked through the door they treated me like family! I called him and asked if I could view two different cars he had the cars ready to go for a test drive very quickly all I had to do was give them a copy of my license and I was on the road figuring out which car I wanted. Beautiful well maintained vehicles to choose from and I decided to go with an outstanding 2015 Subaru Impreza!! He made his magic happen and I walked out the door as a first time car owner for under 2,000 dollars.I am so relieved and happy! Bo and everyone there made this the easiest stress free decision ever Thank you so so much Ultimate Motor Cars I strongly suggest anyone who needs a car to make UMC your first stop as it was mine and it was the best decision I’ve ever made !!! Not only was it a great experience, I had such a good time while I was there everyone was so nice and welcoming and had very good conversations with everyone there. Saw some bad reviews so went in skeptical, but had a great experience with the salesman named Blake. Was able to negotiate a great deal on a 2014 Toyota sienna minivan. Car came from Texas and had literally zero rust, newer tires and mechanically sound. I brought my buddy with who is a master mechanic to look through the van. Fresh clean fluids, nicely detailed interior, and exactly as it was listed. I think the bad reviews come from people that don’t care enough to have the cars looked through by an independent mechanic. When buying used cars you have to do that

I was looking to purchase a car and spoke with Jordan, I have a bad credit score and he was able to get me approved and where I wanted my payments to be. Even though we didnt get the car do to our budget and other reasons I would still highly recommend these guys for your next car buying experience and I will definitely be coming back to purchase my car when I get all my stuff right.

Update: February 2, 2026 After posting review online the Owner contacted me personally, supplied a seat, and shipped it to me. Seat arrived within 2 days of our conversation. Seat is correct color and fabric, the vehicle is now the 7 passenger vehicle I purchased. I would also like to add something not mentioned in the original post that the dealer did supply the title in a very timely fashion, I had it within 3 weeks of purchase, much better than one of our large local dealerships. I am now satisfied with the purchase of this vehicle although the journey was rather frustrating. I now upgrade my rating to 3 stars. Original post: Purchased a used 7 passenger Toyota Sienna van Dec 22 2025. The main issue is after the purchase and once we had the vehicle home we discovered that the middle row seats were not correct. We ended up with 2 driver side seats so the passenger seat will not allow for proper seat belt restraint. (See pictures). Called the next day Dec 23, knowing the holiday would affect things but they said they would look into it. Talked with Sales Manager Anthony over 10 different times until January 22 about this. Always said he was working on it but had several very lame excuses as to the reason why the incorrect seat was in the vehicle such as "Toyota must have configured it that way from the factory" to "previous owner must have changed the seat for some reason" . Anthony claimed they had 50 Sienna's on the lot in the early January conversations and they would check to see if any of them had 2 right seats. They didn't of course, and even though he hinted they might see about a swap it never happened and on January 20th he said they sold them all wholesale and didn't have any more seats to look at. Never once was there any offer of "Wow! we will take care of this immediately to maintain a good customer relationship". Apparently once they get the money that is all they are interested in. They don't seem to care about possible future sales to a happy returning customer or the possibility of the truth in an online review. Ends up that I contacted the BBB of Chicago to help resolve this (Binding arbitration agreement you have to sign) Probably won't go anywhere as the BBB has no enforcement authority so it looks like now I have to find a used seat that is not destroyed in the correct color and fabric so that I can use the vehicle in its proper US DOT 49CFR paragraphs 300 and 500 regulation that states all passenger vehicles sold in the US must have proper safety restraint in all seating positions. They get a 0 star review for not taking care of this. In all fairness the sale portion of this event went about average for any used car dealership I have ever dealt with previously as far as time spent looking and paperwork signing time. Vehicle was clean and in good shape (except for the seat issue), runs well and had low miles. Price was good for year and mileage. Only issue with the purchase portion was the $500 "Theft Protection Warranty" they force you to buy even if you refuse it 3 times. That costs one star taking them to a -1 star review.

Phenomenal experience. They have an expansive website with lots of options going further back in years. Cars I tested were clean and ready for revision. Mechanic was on site and showed priority to fixing things that needed to be addressed. If you are going in ask for Kenny. I came in just after a stressful work day with very little patience and he got right to business and made my day that much better. No nonsense, straightforward, and honest. Ask for Kenny.

I had a solid experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, even though the entire transaction was remote and out of state. Jake was easy to work with, responsive, and straightforward throughout the process. Communication was clear, paperwork was handled efficiently, and there was no pressure or unnecessary back-and-forth. They were also completely fine with me arranging an independent inspection, which was important to me when buying remotely and helped build confidence in the purchase. Buying a car from out of state always comes with some uncertainty, but Jake did a good job keeping things organized and moving. Overall, a smooth and professional experience, and I’d be very comfortable working with this dealership again!

I got a great deal on my new to me car! Sam was very patient with me and answered all questions I asked. He worked with me on my price budget and helped me get a vehicle well under what I told him my max monthly payment could be. He was very patient with me and stayed after close to help me finish the paperwork over the phone as I am located in another state. This is definitely one of the better used dealerships I’ve been to. Most of the lower-star ratings on here seem to be buyers that didn’t educate themselves on what they’re buying before handing over money/signing deals. I was initially drawn to Ultimate by the fact that all their cars have a free vehicle history report - right there on CarFax, easy to look up and decide which cars are worth taking a look at before taking the time to schedule a test drive & head over there. Wasn’t able to make a cash deal for a Ford Flex the first visit, but went back and made a good deal for an Acura RDX in great condition! It’s only been a few weeks, but it’s still running as good as the test drive👍Kenny’s my guy! Professional, transparent, and even helped me drop the car off at my in-laws to pick up over the weekend since I drove from Chicago by myself. The whole team there was helpful too. I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but I feel they’re deserving. Thanks everyone!

I found a toyota sienna limited premium on their website. it was perfect. had blu ray, nice leather interior, and was a good deal. i contacted their dealership to reach their new employee Blake. He admitted he was a recent hire. after the deal was made, many details started deteriorating. first, i was showing my friend the car and we realized the car that was listed was not the car i was buying. it was NOT a limited premium but actually just a limited. It did not have a blu ray as listed, nor many of the other details on their website. i notified them, and they just ignored this and said there was nothing they could do. i spoke with their manager and felt as if he was talking down to me as a woman, i mentioned this and he apologized and then offered me a discount of $500. The difference between those two cars is over $4000, not $500. When the car arrived, it arrived with pieces missing from the dash, the front dash with a warning light on, a broken key fob that is going to take me $200 to fix and no title. I would not recommend working with this company, they are sloppy and disorganized.

I going to said this dealer car business is great. I know they not perfect but they good. My wife buy a Hyundai 2011 , we testing drive the car right away we like it.
