It was the biggest snow fall we had in 3yrs or more and some how I backed my Ford f150 on top of my yard we’ll head. Stressed and worried about how the heck is this gone to have a good out come. Then low and behold out from one of your trucks come a hero (AUSTIN) in about 6to8 inches of snow Austin laid under my trunk for about 40mins or so making sure that no damage & everything he was trying to do wasn’t messing up anything, and not knowing exactly what Austin was doing, about an hour later he told me to move my truck forward slowly. I did and just like that my truck was free! Austin was amazing and had a great attitude about everything. I highly recommend Fire Towing and ask for Austin… Don’t forget to tip him WELL get it ha ha.
Tow truck driver Austin is top tier-amazing. We had an issue with my husband F150 today 11/29/25 on the start of a snow storm( long story ??♀️).
However, Austin had to get my husband truck off our water well pump without severe damage and I must say after a few short hours of work & strategy Austin did it??, some damage to water well pump (husband fault not Austin), but nothing major to husband truck.
Austin is the man, he did his job over & beyond without major damages. Thank you Fire Towing Services for sending one of your best out. God bless, now give him that raise!

I recently needed my car towed because my alternator blew on my car. Smoke was coming out of the front end. Very scary and I lost steering of my car. They drove my car maybe 2 miles at the most to the repair shop I go to and it was $210. My mom has paid less for CITY TOWING in Chicago. Even in this economy that price is way too high. The girl I spoke to on the phone was extremely short and snappy and seemed very irritated to be speaking with me. I have never had to have my car towed before so I had a few more questions than usual and she just seemed very unhappy and inconvenienced to be dealing with me. I get it, tow companies deal with a lot of rude customers but I was very nice to this girl on the phone and was trying to remain calm and I almost wanted to make HER satisfied and happy over the phone even though I’m the customer and I’m the one now out of $210. I appreciate that my car was picked up within 2 hours, but I don’t appreciate the rude and dismissive customer service, especially when I was in the middle of a terrifying situation with my car.
My son was in a car accident recently and the auto insurance company really dropped the ball with communication in how to process his vehicle, which was totaled. We are so thankful to the staff at Fire, where his car was stored, who helped us resolve the issue and were very kind and understanding.
Scammers. They towed my vehicle cuz they “considered” it abandoned cuz it had “expired” plates, but they see the same vehicle parked on different parking spots every night. How can it be abandoned, but still used? My vehicle is registered with the State for the record, if it wasn’t I would’ve had issues with the police not them. Anyways, when it comes to the towing companies they are protected better than any extinct species, so not much you can really do, but accept that someone just ripped you off couple of hundred dollars. Easy way to make money. Shame.

When our truck got into an accident Fire Towing was called by the police to pick up my truck. It was terrible communication on the drivers behalf. When an accident happens there is no empathy and communication on what is being done especially when I told the driver I have never had to use a towing company before. The process was new for me and the driver was arrogate when I was asking questions. I would not recommend using them.
On Christmas Eve we had to have our car towed. After calling multiple businesses for both car repair and tow who were unhappy to work the holiday hours I was SO grateful for the kindness shown to us by everyone at Fire Towing. From the dispatcher to the service worker everyone was calm, kind, and patient. Fire Towing made a stressful experience much less so.
Son was in an accident, police called this company to tow the vehicle out of the middle of the road. Very professional. Dennis was a great driver, dropped the vehicle in no time.
Conrad is the best a man could ask for. Speedy service, and got the work done as professionally as possible, especially since the circumstances were pretty horrible. Won’t be using any other company other than Fire from now on. Thanks again.

Best towing service I have ever used!! One of our moving company trucks broke down and after a different tow company no call no showed me Steve&Jake from Fire Towing Services responded fast and were very professional. I recommend to Hire or to make a Contract with this company! To top it all off they saved us about $1,200 compared to the company that no call no showed us
After a rough accident with my Father's vehicle it was a relief to have such great customer service. The Fire Towing Staff was pleasant and gave solid insight about the insurance claim process.
We were required by the police to have our car towed by this place. They refused to take it to the location we requested. When our tow truck arrives the next day, they required additional paperwork never mentioning a fee. When another tow arrived they demanded $200. From the driver. They were rude and disrespectful throughout the process. Don’t ever call them. They will hold your car hostage till you meet their unreasonable demands. I didn’t want to give any star.
This guys are great, they helped me out a lot when I got a flat tire on I-88. They were very respectful of my vehicle, and most of all they are very respectful to me. I highly recommend this guys.
Very nice and incredibly polite people. Surprised by how nice they were, even apologizing when they couldn't accommodate a request I made. Followed up when I was running late and to make sure I'd have truck returned later that night.

We broke down, after every attempt to get the car running we were unsuccessful. I called Fire Towing Eric was very quick to gather our location. He asked if he could call me back. He called a few minutes later said he has a driver on his way. He then got the rest of our information. We sat on the side of interstate 88 waiting for a tow from a company I pay yearly to help me if in need. 4 hours later and still no tow we called Fire Towing. They showed up within an half hour and towed us back to wisconsin. They were so professional and the charge was a reasonable price. Thank you so much for rescuing us. Highly recommended
From the start, I was pleased. The woman on the phone was gracious and accommodating. She scheduled a tow at my convenience. I had the good fortune to have Brian come, earlier than scheduled, to tow my 2012 Prius in to the dealership. He was courteous and very professional, as well as skilled in navigating our 210 foot curved driveway. He knew his stuff and had the car on the flatbed in no time. I would not hesitate to call them again.
DO NOT GO! My estimate to tow my vehicle was 200 for 10 minute tow from my house. I immediately declined the offer as soon as I said that they took off $50 of the original price. They pray on people in need and take advantage of them as well. DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR FIRST OFFER! Most of their reviews come from people who only reviewed this one place. Overpriced!
Jaco towed my big old cargo van home, on a really clean and fancy painted snazzy flatbed tow truck.
I felt very safe and in good hands the whole time.
He arrived quickly and had a great attitude, he seemed wise and confident beyond his years.
The dispatcher was also friendly and personable, and easy to understand, overall I had a great experience!
At 10:30 pm the day before New Year's Eve, they towed a full size moving truck from the burbs back to our office in Chicago. Very reasonably priced, fast and professional. Don't use anyone else if you need a tow - call these guys!
I have been using this company for at least 15 years both personally and with my company!! Only tow company I’d let my vehicle get towed from. They have been straight up with me!!! Always honest and they have been a great experience to work with. Between personal and business they’ve towed at least 25 to 35 times in the last 15 years!!!
After more than three hours of waiting and missed ETAs, the driver Stephen came out of his truck completely unprofessional and aggressive in manner. Stephen even complained as he was aggravated that I had called dispatch for updates. I do not recommend using this service if they have people like Stephen on the fleet.

Mean come on, $195 service fee BEFORE the car gets towed?! That’s absolutely ridiculous. But recenently, I used Fire towing to tow my Mercedes off of I55 and the driver was there 20 minutes early, I think his name was Brian if I can remember correctly. He was very helpful and assured me everything would be taken care of and went out of his way to drive me to the dealership.
I wish I could rate them a 0 cause the service was horrible. After my car broke down I was stuck in the middle of the street so the cops came and he called towing service which happened to be this one and it started out great I thought I talked to the guy and gave him the info of the place that I wanted him to take the car and he seemed like he knew the place but as I call the next day the auto shop that I called never received my car but has all my info and as I continue to call the other ones they say they haven't received my car either then as I called the towing company they said that they visited three out of the four auto body in the area and decided that visiting the fourth one wasn't worth it, so they decided to take it back to their lot and now are charging me for a tow that would have been only about 40 bucks is now over $200 I will not be using them again and I will make sure I can make every post I can I hope you guys feel good about stealing from a mother.

Had a flat tire with a company van. Eric, the tow truck operator, was in for the save getting us out of harm's way in I-88 W and taking the van to a nearby tire repair shop. He came in faster than the estimated time (20 minutes early). I commend him on a good job and that he made us feel right at home with his friendly personality and sense of humor
