0 customer service the worker act like he don’t care about selling parts never back here

This place was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness was far below standard — it smelled unpleasant, almost like a chicken coop, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. The staff were not only unprofessional but also blatantly rude. Even worse, I witnessed behavior that came across as discriminatory, which is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone and sincerely hope management takes serious steps to address these issues.

Saleswomen closed door on front of me on Saturday at 1135am , she said that she is ready to go home, horrible service, I needed two batteries for my truck, sales would take 10 min or less.

Rude staff , intentionally making me repeat fuel filter number 5 times , “ supposedly” couldn't find filter by vin number . Very disappointed.

Not the most friendly most group of guys I have met but they get the job done

Extremely rude staff. One guy was more helpful but the shorter rounder guy gave me nothing but attitude from his first sentence. "No guns" sticker on the door. Sorry, but if you don't believe in a persons right to defend themselves I wont support your business.

Very poor customer service, staff are rude and always raising there voice for no reason, they DON'T HONOR WARRANTY I had to buy the same part twice the first part gave me lots of problems. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE, instead use ACME in Elk Grove there friendly staff will get you the parts you'll need.
