Larry Roesch is the best dealership and their service is no different. I missed my appointment (oops) and they were super flexible with finding another time in the day to accommodate. They are on time, get you in and out and are polite. I would never take my car anywhere else.
The facility was clean and staff were very friendly. I gave it a 4 bcus I was there for over 3 hours. Everyone that came after me left before me. I would recommend!
This is hands down the most honest car dealership I've ever been to. The receptionist/manager Irma n Pat were so helpful n insightful that it made my day. I DEFINITELY recommend this dealership. It's a rarity finding these types of qualities nowadays. Especially in the auto industry. Lol. ? ?
I've been to Larry Roach for the last 10 years or I should say Jenny! My first time there I had a bad experience with a salesperson. Anybody in my car at Fox Valley in Schaumburg. I came in for service and the service department was fantastic very easy and understanding.
To find a decent dealership to give you decent service even if you buy the car or having a service these days is very hard to find. I am glad I came back to you guys to try it again. Sincerely Darren Logan
