Yesterday I google this company cause my batteries is dead and needed a jump. They came right away to jump and car , and my car started. As 1/21/2025 I went to start my car again and my battery dead again I call them again to come out and jump my battery again ! He say it’s so cold this week and sometimes the battery dies! It’s been 4 year since I replaced my battery! So today take to a shop for brand new battery replacement so I don’t have this issue again ! I highly recommend this company to anyone they very friendly and fast! Again thank you for coming out to my residence help me!
I am grateful for this towing company. My car shut off on my while I was getting off of 53 to get on Dundee Road and pulled into the BP gas station and tried to figure out what was wrong with my car. After failed attempts I contacted C&F Towing and the woman on the phone was great help and it was only $120 to get my car from where I was back to my place. (Mind you I live in Wheeling so prices do vary) The guy (whose name I did not get and I am so sorry for that but he helped me on Saturday, December 21st at around 7-8 pm) was a phenomenal help. On the drive to my apartment complex he provided me with a phone number of a mobile mechanic who could possibly assist me with finding out what’s wrong with my car and provide an estimate for repairs. If you are even in the same situation I am, I HIGHLY recommend contacting C&F Towing!

So my car battery died in -12 degree weather. Since three days I’ve been on and off constant calls with my insurance and roadside assistance for a towing company to help tow my car. For three days of waiting and waiting for hours I decided to give up with the roadside assistance. I immediately found C and F company. I saw their reviews and called them up. Best decision I could make. These guys without hesitation heard my situation and arrived with their tow truck within 15 minutes!! 15 MINUTES!!! And not only did they give an appropriate and timely response, they showed up with a smile on their face on one of my hardest days in negative degree weather. They set up my car within 5 minutes and dropped it off at my car dealer. In an emergency or just in general, I would definitely recommend C&F Towing recovery LLC.
